I tried to support a small business not again. Windows still dirty. Outside was smeared. I think he used a dirty towel to wipe the inside down because its smelled so bad. Waste of money

I have gave this guy a chance twice but my car was always left with pretty noticeable dirt spots even after the wash. When I pointed it out he became offended. I'll pass.

I left the keys and vehicle with the owner at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 23, 2018. The owner, Mr. Thomas Davis, quoted me $170 for a full wash and wax, as well as shampoo on the inside. Mr. Davis requested an $80 deposit and stated it would take him 4 hours to complete the service. I then gave the deposit to Mr. Davis. At the time I was the only customer in the work area. I called at 5:30 p.m. to check in and left a voicemail on the company’s line. I called again at 6:00 p.m., spoke with Mr. Davis’s son, who stated he would give his father a call for a progress check, and that he would call me back. The son never called. It is now 7 p.m. on a holiday Saturday night - completely dark outside. I decided to drive over to the workplace. On the way there, Mr. Davis called and stated, “I wanted to let you know that your vehicle will not be ready until tomorrow…” Upon arrival, the vehicle was left in the same place as when it was originally dropped off. No work had been performed on the vehicle. Mr. Davis claimed he got swamped with work and that other customers were already scheduled to receive service. That is completely okay, however, as the owner, you should know when you are not able to meet a deadline. At the very least, you should have the decency to call your customers ahead of time, at a decent hour, to let them know that you will not be able to service their vehicle as originally discussed. The customer should not have to hassle you to get an answer. The deposit was refunded and Mr. Davis was completely unprofessional during the closing conversation. Small Business Owners – customers love to support you all. However, it is because of experiences such as these that customers can be hesitant to trust their assets in your possession.

First time using this car wash trying to support local businesses. Big mistake took my new truck in and it was left it dirtier than when I took it. dry soap everywhere and they even scratched my window. I took it back to an older guy that kept talking nothing but non sense, looked, and acted as if he was on drugs kept saying this is detailing not a normal wash I didn't know cleaning the windows, dry soap, and dirty running boards was not part of a regular car wash. First time I have ever heard that at a car wash. I never have given a bad review but this one was definitely needed. I will now take it somewhere else where it can be washed. Very disappointed.
