What started as a hospitable and earnest procedure turned for the worst as time went on. I came in after seeing a Toyota Camry listed on sale for $6500 having gone down from $7000, and went through the financing route. The agreed price the vehicle would be sold to me was $6500. At first they were very responsive and helpful with any questions I had, with Jenny helping me over text whenever needed. When I went to finalize in person, I was told by Alex that a little over $10k would be the final price, including the financing over the 36 month term. Since I had a high interest rate over a 3 year term, this number made sense to me, even if it was a little high. My mistake was not asking or looking for an itemized bill of sale, and taking him at his word, since we had been friendly the entire time prior. It wasn’t until almost 2 weeks later when I had already signed off on the papers that I looked at the information online and that’s when I realized they actually sold me the car for $10,544, and lied to me about it. My boyfriend and I went in person to ask them about this, and to see if it was just all a mistake in the end, trying to give them the benefit of doubt. As soon as we started showing them the papers with the numbers stating the car was clearly sold to me for more than what we agreed on, Alex became very defensive and hostile, eventually throwing a hand drill he had in his hand behind him and storming out of the room. We were never accusatory, but simply exercised our right to question why the numbers were very obviously not adding up. They denied they sold me the car for more than $7000, despite the bank confirming they in fact did sell it to me for $10,544. The obvious lies and scam aside, it took them nearly two weeks to give me my plates and registration after they had the car registered. Taking into consideration it was around Christmas and new years and the RMV would be closed for days at a time, I tried to be understanding and patient, but it was never a priority for them to give me my plates when they were open and would come up with excuses as to why they couldn’t get it yet, or why I couldn’t come pick it up, always saying I would get it “tomorrow”, to the point my insurance company called and mailed me that they were about to cancel my policy since they didn’t have my registration or plate information. I have all the evidence in a google doc that proves everything I’m saying is true if anyone tries to disprove me or say I’m lying. All in all, do not trust this place, at the very least when it comes to financing. Extremely disappointed to be lied to and scammed.

Words can not explain how much Alex at First Class Auto Sales has helped me within the last few months. My previous car had a rusted out cross member that no one was able to find a part for and I was weeks without a functioning car before deciding to buy a new one. Alex was able to set me up with a great ford escape and get me a great deal with it. Not only did he sell me an awesome car, but he was able to help me by finding the part needed for my old car, then repair it, and detail the car for me. Because of Alex I have a great new car and was able to sell my previous one in great condition for an awesome price!! Bought a car here for $5100 cash 4 months later had nothing but problems with it. Spent over $1200 more fixing it.. After being told at the sale of the car everything is good with it very reliable car and will last you for ever. Come to find out the car didn't even have any oil in it needed a new starter and new drive shaft. Then he will just always say he'll call you back and never will.. They are scammers don't buy from here or you will be wasting money! Now he says it was 4500 but I have all the paper work of everything and the receipts i have for fixing the car, the car (Infiniti M35) was listed at 5399 and I got it for 5100 he even has a video of it on his page which he'll probably take down after this. This guy is a whole scam all he does is lie. Yes I left a good review on fb 3 weeks after I bought it lol then was nothing but problems.

He did everything he could to make us feel like we were the most important customer. We felt like we were in good hands Jenny in the office is a sweetheart and you can tell she has a huge heart. It felt like seeing old friends. We not only bought the car but we are planning on buying another car. To finish the deal he delivered the car to my sons work for him. I bought a 2007 Nissan Frontier with 121,000 on it in April 2024. At 124,000 miles I had to put a new alternator in, new air intake bellow, and put a new fuel tank strap on before the gas tank fell off. My mechanic let me know that the entire bottom of the truck was rotted. The frame was trash. But it was completely covered up with black spray to make it look all nice. I went back to Alex about a year after I bought it and told him I wanted him to fix my frame. He brought it to a muffler shop and charged me $500 to do a bandaid job before my truck fell apart. At 143,000 miles I had to put two new calipers on the front as well as one front rotor and both front brakes. A month later I need back brakes and my wheel almost fell off due to a bad wheel bearing. It has leaked oil the entire time I have had it. All Alex did was make me feel like he’s such a great guy trying to make a living. I finally brought it to trade it in at a dealership with 145,000 miles on it. They told me it was completely unsafe to drive and offered me $500! I had the truck for a year and 8 months, paid $6500 for it and it was TRASH. I am disgusted! We all work hard for our money, not just you Alex. You scammed me. You sold me a truck that you made look pretty that you bought at an auction that was TRASH.
