Thought I’d be getting an above and beyond detail on my car with them telling me it would look brand new. After looking over the vehicle there was still dust on the inside of the wheels, brake calipers, inside the door jams. Dust still piled on the exhaust tips and various other spots where there were smudges and left over streaks on glass. Now these little imperfections wouldn’t have been a problem for a 60-80 dollar detail. But they’re price was 280 which he reduced just to 200 after doing a half done job (which i thought was still too much). For that type of price I’d expect a flawless car and I’m sure anybody would. Beware of this place.

No matter what business I spend my money with, I demand Great Customer Service! My tint & detail work was flawless, but on top of that, the PEOPLE that provided the service was excellent! I was greeted properly, had all available services explained, and from the first step to the last, I was treated like Royalty.

Extremely disappointed in this place. Picked them out on Facebook and their pictures of the work they had done was great. I understand my personal vehicle is also my work truck and working in the oil field it gets extremely dirty, but being self employed if I would of done that kind of work I would of got asked to leave. The inside of the vehicle was very clean but going through the center console and putting everything in a plastic bag is extremely not cool. I just spent an hour re doing the outside of the truck due to the fact there were water marks everywhere and my mirrors weren't even touched. Guys are very heavy handed on the armor all and got it all over the inside of my windows thanks I appreciate that. Like I said extremely disappointed made a appointment ahead of time, wife dropped the truck off, guy said it would be done in 2.5 hours almost 6 hours later it was done to these specs I had mentioned. I hardly ever leave reviews but for what I paid and the time that it took I think it's worth a review. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is the fact that the inside looked great besides dumping all my personal belongings in a plastic bag and the armor all on the bottom of every window.

This is a wonderful establishment, the attention to detail is phenomenal. Seriously, if you need to have a vehicle detailed this is the place for you! Prices are reasonable, and it’s impressive to see the before and after videos. I will definitely be back again with my truck.

They did a great job on my Toyota Corolla looked almost new! however I did not like the atmosphere, the owner just kept walking by not even acknowledging me or asking if I needed help, they can also improve the waiting area looked ugly inside, they also lost my keys but ended up finding them. Also one of the detail guys admitted that the buff guys they use stole items at some point...not something I’d say to a customer...all in all my car looks great

So I told them that I wanted them to prioritize the interior. They gave me the options and I chose the most expensive one they had at $200. Told me they would call me when it was done and they close at 6. I come at 5:50ish and inspect the car and in no way shape or form was the job they did worth $100, much less $200. A lot of missed spots on the vacuum. The entire back hatch was not even touched. I am honestly not sure how one would look at that and think it was done. On top of the fact that it wasn’t done by 6 like they told me it would be. I will not recommend this place nor will I return here. They charge way too much for a really poor job

My experience was throughout a span of 3 days. I dropped my car off on a Saturday and was 3rd in line and I already knew it was going to take all day which I had no problem with, I called the store around 4pm and asked about my car and was told someone will call me back with an update. An hour rolls around and no one contacts me so I call again and was told the same thing. So I go to the store and come to find out my car was never touched, a lady said they never got the chance to clean my car but the car that was being dried in front of mine was not there when I dropped mine off in the morning, so I was told to go back that Sunday after. When I arrive that Sunday I was told my car wasn’t going to be serviced because they had to detail a boat which I had no problem with. I brought it back today which was Monday (the third day I’ve had to bring my car to the same place) and was first in line to work on. I come back after work (8 full hours with no updates throughout the day)to be told my interior never was touched and the exterior was poorly done. Thankfully I wasn’t charged but the level of professionalism was pitiful and I will never come back to this place again.

They did a bang up job on my car. I’m pretty picky with who I use and what products are used since I have a black car and defects show up more in the paint, but after seeing the buff job and ceramic coating they applied, I was very satisfied. The interior was left spotless as well. Great guys to work with, and will be doing business with them again.

This is the absolute best place EVER! My car was a mess. Had dog hair everywhere. I have an English bull dog that sheds horribly but he still goes everywhere with me and it showed. There was hair in every nook and cranny. Not to mention. It was just stuck in the fabric and floors. Finish line got my car looking like new. I was so impressed. Not to mention they were super professional and incredibly kind. I'm certainly going back. The price is right for the job they do. Guys check them out. You won't be disappointed .

Short staffed. Was sprayed at the beginning on one side of vehicle. Cleaning machine worked excellent. There was a little bit of trash on floor where one’s vacuums. Prices are higher than last time someone had this business

Spoke with employees the day before to inquire about window tinting and I was informed they work on a first come, first serve basis. Showed up the next morning as the second customer of the day, employee gave me an estimated 3 hours before my car was done. I agreed to leave my vehicle with them and they said they would call me when it was done and ready to pick up. 3 hours goes by and no call, then 4 hours, then 5, and 6. After the 7th hour of having my car, I decided to call the shop and see what the hold up was. Employee who answered the phone said they were still working on my car and they would call once they finished, I drive a Mustang mind you so they only need to tint three and a half windows. By 9 hours, the shop is closed and I still have yet to hear anything about my vehicle so I call again. Same story, my car is still being worked on and I just need to wait for them to call me. I wait another 2 hours, until 9pm, for a grand total of 11 hours before I finally get a call to pick up my car. Upon arrival I'm charged $200 and rushed out the door so the employee who was doing the work could leave for the day. Walking to my car, I can immediately see that my car is absolutely filthy. I brought it in freshly washed and detailed and they returned it sticky and covered in water and whatever else they used to apply my tint. I open the door to get in and they left a razor blade on my leather seat, they didn't clean up the mess they made at all. The following morning as I'm heading to work, I see a weird stream of light on my dash. I park at work and do a quick walk around where I discover a light gap left on my passenger side window. I contacted the manager/owner to inform them of the ridiculous wait time, lack of communication, terrible condition my vehicle was left in, and the light gap in the tint. I'm told to go in the following day at 2pm to have the car detailed and the tint fixed. The next day comes, I bring my car back and the same employee who did the work originally tells me that he doesn't think the gap is that bad and he's too busy to get to my car to fix it until maybe tomorrow, doesn't even mention the detailing. I call the manager/owner back and send him pictures of the gap and the way my car was left, he asks me to come in two days later first thing in the morning. I informed him that I cannot due to my work schedule but he informs me that he won't do anything else until he sees the gap in person and it has to be on that day at that time. I haven't heard from anyone since and ended up taking my vehicle to Shade Shop to have the tint removed and replaced. My recommendation, skip the hassle and horrible customer service, and just make the trip to Shade Shop.
