ZERO STARS This place is a disaster.Took my credit card. Took my money and refused to open door. Checked my credit card. They took my $ for NO wash. No one to contact phone # is "nonworking number" Don't go here

Automatic wash will take your money but does not work. The point if sale machine will not give you a refund either. Owner is committing fraud until they fix this.

Been there twice in a month The only thing they had was soap and water. No spot free rinse or anything else. Of course you can't find out til you put ur money in and select the wash u want only to find out, it's empty! Worse car wash around

Never go here. Laundromat eats money and makes your cloths stink. there dryers are held togather with tape. called number for refund. told me they arnt liable for smells or lost money..... car wash is a joke. dont bring your car here if you care about your car if i could rate 0 out of 5 i would.

I took my dually truck here today to wash it before running errands. Put $10 in quarters in the machine, rinsed truck, then started the foam brush option. As soon as I grabbed the brush, the hose that’s attached to the moving arm by the ceiling started shooting bright yellow soap EVERYWHERE! All over my clothes and all over my face, which will not come off!! Then the handle on the brush started leaking soap all over the place. All of my clothing I was wearing are all ruined and stained, my hands are stained, as well as my face. Not only am I out $10 to wash my truck but also over $150 in ruined clothing. I called the number listed for any issues and left a message but haven’t heard anything back. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Save your money, unless just need dust removed. Card Reader not working, cash only. 1 pass rinsing, 1 pass soap. Didn't even clean window. I'll get pics downloaded

This laundromat is in need of attention. Washers are broken and a lot of dryers are out of order. It is clean, however. The owners finally stepped up and gutted the old machines and replaced everything. Even the coin changers. However, they jacked the price up. $6 for a washer load, $1 minimum to start a dryer. Everyone else is $2 for a washer and a quarter to start a dryer.

If there was a zero rating I would have preferred that. Long ago I used to like this place, but now, it’s just a ripoff. IF you go there, make sure you have a ten or smaller as it won’t take twenties...and forget about trying to use a credit card. Won’t work! Today I went and got change for a twenty, drove back, put a ten in, drove into the carwash, only to have about 2-3 seconds of water DRIBBLING out of the sprayer, not even enough pressure to reach my car, and then a minute or so of the blow-dryer coming on!! PS: the “number” is out of service so I guess I just contributed to someone’s retirement fund.

Vacuums and car washes are usually broken, but no signs stating they are out of order. I have put money in the vacuums and they don't turn on. Someone who seemed like they work there said the owners shut off the vaccuums at night but the machines still take money. The auto wash doesn't ever get the lower panels of my car clean. The self serve wash usually has at least one part broken with no sign. There is a number posted to call, but no one ever answers. This could be a great place, but is currently a big rip-off :(

I have used this wash in the past and when they first opened they were good. Now they do not provide what is paid for in the auto wash. The self serve wash handles leave your hands smelling rotten. The first time I paid 10 bucks and just gave them a gimmie as it was fine in the past. The second time was even worse. I tried to call and just get data noise on the phone line. I made the choice NOT to return. Now today my wife gave one more chance and yet again the same result. 10 bucks down the drain with nothing in return and phone number listed does not work. Sorry but unless someone reaches out to fix the experience I would not recommend this car wash for self serve or the "Automatic" Try and wash.

Taking into account the surrounding property values, this car wash should be well maintained. It is run down and in constant disrepair. Seems like the vacuums always have something wrong with them. Bums come right up while you are using the vacuum and open the machine up looking for coins. Owner needs to maintain their business better.

Takes your money, says you never put any money in, then won’t issue a refund. No contact for the company to resolve this. Notified the City of Ferrysburg as this seems like a scam, not an actual business.

Not very happy with the pressure would not even spray the tree sap off the windows .and the rim and tire cleaner was sporadic Been there before and everything seemed right . Not sure I will be going back
