I recently visited Xpress Car Wash and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service I received. The car wash itself was spotless and very well-maintained, my car came out looking brand! They made sure to clean every nook and cranny, even getting rid of tough stains that I thought would never come out. I usually get my detail jobs done here, but it had been about 2 years since I got one done. I went in yesterday and came out with what looks like a brand new car inside and out. I spoke with the team at Xpress for a good 20 minutes prior to them starting their work, mainly pointing out my concerns and things I wanted them to tend to, and they did absolutely everything I asked and to perfection. Quality work every time!

My experience with the car wash was poor. I enter, Line the car up. Put in neutral car would not go. Put in drive again than repeat. Have way in stuck. The guy said. Drive and go back around. The line was very long. The two black guys , that were drying the cars. I had soap all over the car and windshield. Turned the wipers on to see. They were speaking another language and laughing. I got so irritated. With those 2 guys. The guy that had taken my money. Came and got my car and drove it back into the wash. I left without the 2 guys drying my car. So sad that they will treat a customer like that.

Not so express it took an hour for the inside! You don’t come if you in a rush. Overall clean car but the rinse isn’t much unless you getting your windows clean.

It’s so unfortunate that I have to write this review. I was super excited to go and get my car detailed as I have been recommended to go and have heard great reviews. I am totally unsatisfied. I waited about 1 hour for my car which is fine as I had a car ahead of me. My seats weren’t cleaned, my screen mirror wasn’t wiped down. The only thing they did was vacuumed & barely. The guy cleaning did such a bad job. I even tipped well thinking i was going to be happy with outcome. I won’t be coming back EVER.

I booked I hand washed, I asked for the guy usually clean my car they said no, they gave me a new guy, after the car was completed, inside the car was so dirty with dusty everywhere, no vacuumed well. Not recommended.

They have shampoo vacuums which are great for when you are trying to get deep into cotton seats. I came here once for my old car to get vomit out the backseat. The price for it was expensive but worth it. I was still able to smell it a little but a lot better than before! The seats were wet so I was able to lift it and seen there was more on the body of the car (the metal under the cushion) so I quickly cleaned it up. I wouldn’t go to this car wash if you are looking to get a simple exterior wash since their prices are high! But if you’re looking for an interior detail, then this is the place to do it! They are pretty packed on the weekend so you got to go earlier or later in the day…I would recommend going on the weekdays.

Took my 2014 Honda accord for a detail expecting for a regular wash & they went above and beyond! They didn’t just clean the car inside and out but the engine bay was brand new & they got rid of all the little scratches the car had. Two Thumbs up! Recommend 100%
