I've been going here for the past year and its been 90% great. However, I just bought a new car and just my luck, the day I go here, my left rear rim got scratched. Since it was my new car, I have to knock 2 stars off.

I can’t say enough great things about the staff at at this Car wash ,They were welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. friendly attitude, and commitment to excellent service truly set them apart. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience, and I truly appreciate their hard work. I rarely submit negative feedback, but this experience was exceptionally frustrating. As a newcomer to the area seeking a reliable car wash, I chose this establishment based on its positive initial impression. While the staff were courteous, the advertised three-day grace period for a repeat wash proved problematic. Following an unforeseen incident at my workplace that soiled my vehicle, I attempted to utilize this service, only to be denied due to a missing receipt. Despite offering alternative proof of purchase, my request was refused, even after management consultation. This lack of clear communication and apparent deficiency in staff training will prevent my future patronage.

I never thought I would leave a review for a car wash, but this service changed everything! I went there today after work for the first time and I was really happy with the staff who helped me with my membership and showed me how to put my Tesla in neutral🤣 I forgot to ask their names, but service is great and friendly. The car wash itself was great and my car was spotless afterward. They also gave me a towels:) Highly recommend!

Had the membership for a few months and started to noticed after every wash, there's bad streaks of residue on my windows, so I decided to cancel my membership, but after canceling it, I still was charged and still till this day trying to get my money back for the month they charge. Emily is no help, emailed me once and said she requested a refund for me and haven't heard back from her since, even though I've emailed her back. Finally decided to have my CC company dispute it for me.

I brought my car in for a wash after just moving to Costa Mesa. I paid for the Platinum Wash. At the end of the wash, during the drying phase. A piece of loose plastic was on one of the rotating drying pads and ended up scratching the whole side of my car. This was later in the afternoon and no one was around to talk to. Now I’m going to have to get this fixed. I should have know better than to go to a car wash like this.

We’re members and come here for our washes. Some parts of the wash are broken for days at a time and the microfiber long sheets that come down are sparse and don’t do a great job- but even with those issues it still does a much better job than other washes in the area, and the price beats a hand wash. So we’re happy with the value.

Terrible car wash. I'm really shocked how dirty my car was after paying $13 for Fast5Xpress drive through wash. I get a better wash at the $6 one up the street. I guess you are just paying for the fancy lights inside.

After being a loyal member for over a year. I had a bad experience with this business- my car was damaged and they refused to refund $40, which was an insignificant amount but meant that they don’t care about they customers and I left them for another place.

This place is great. Open long hours so it fits my needs. The monthly plan pays for itself if you get your car washed at least twice a month, and you can use the pass at any location. It's rarely busy, always clean, great service if you need assistance, self serve in and out fast. I visit at least once a week and I'm always satisfied.

I started going her a few years ago when I moved to the neighborhood, it was $8 for the basic wash. Now it is $12. I think I would be a sucker to continue to go here as they surreptitiously increase the prices to premium levels for not even a very good car wash. Will be finding a cheaper one in the area. I really don't need the dash wipes.

I have been coming here for a good while now. Surprised that you have done a 20% markup on your prices yet your vacuums don’t fully work ? Do increase when you make improvements and or you offer something new for this price increase to be more logical 🤷🏻♀️ Price example: what was $16 is now $19

I've been coming to this place for about a year now. Overall, it is okay but not sure to come back again. The cleaning job is no longer good like they were first opening. The first few visits, my car came out pretty dry and spotless. But the last several visits, I noticed that there was not enough soap when it started like before. It appeared like the final rinse when in fact, it was at the beginning. The worker sprayed only one side of the car as we were in neutral mode. I just hope it'll be better. But that is no guaranteed they will. After my previous reviews, I had two more car washes, and the quality did not improve to my satisfaction, as mentioned in the above paragraph. The price was up, but the quality is not better. I am greatly disappointed. Sorry, but I had no choice but to give the business a lower rating. No improvement in quality wash and prices are increased several times in the last few months. Disappointed!

i cant blame the clowns who work here for not knowing teslas take 5-10 seconds to get into car wash mode..... because their managers should know that, at bliss car wash, at luv car wash, at speed wash, they all know to wait for eye contact and a thumbs up from the driver to start the conveyor belt so as to not damage our axels?! so why is that none of you incompetants can teach your employees to do that? i'm suing the company for axel damage. they used to know to wait to engage/lift the conveyor so it doesn't pull the car until you tell them to but these low quality managers ain't teaching their employees anything apparently

I have been using their service since they opened the new facility. I have always chosen the least expensive wash and have consistently been very satisfied—until recently. Over the past couple of months (I wash my car two or three times a month), I have noticed that my car is still wet after the wash, so wet that I need to dry it manually. Has this become an “only wash” place now? The final roller that is supposed to dry the front, top, and back does not operate, and the windows are always left covered with tiny water spots. I am giving them 2 stars because I am hoping they will restore their service to how it was before.

Employees and or managers aren’t properly trained and don’t know that Teslas take time to get into neutral and car wash mode and they don’t wait to turn on the car wash track that pulls the car forward, which damages OUR TIRES and TESLA TIRES COST 400 BUCKS….. and if my axle breaks I’m taking you to court. Then they don’t wait for to turn on the machine that pulls you which means the car wash rags and brushes and air misses your car half the time luckily I have unlimited car washes but what a waste of water and soap and electricity giving everyone multiple car washes
