My car is pretty new and was not too dirty going in. Not sure how it’s possible, but it actually came out dirtier than I brought it there! Save your money and go to somewhere else! Overpriced and underperformed if any performance at all! Plus, their rags leave lint ALL OVER!

Sad the world we live in. Recently moved to the area and went to check out the nearest car wash place. Pulled up tried to gather all my change and place it in my change storage and clean out any garbage I had to keep it smooth sailing. When I opened my change compartment I noticed $5! Got so excited I found some money. Went inside paid over $60 for a car wash inside/outside and bought my son a little paw patrol toy. Yet, he kept bugging me to get him a gum ball. I told him I will get him one at the end of the car wash so I can go grab quarters from my compartment... went to grab a quarter And when I opened it to my surprise my $5 was gone?!? I immediately asked the guy and he said “no money I no have it.” He told me to speak with a manager I went in told the guy he pretty much had no reaction another guy came by and asked what’s the problem I told him and as I was telling him my $5 was gone the other guy went into my back seat and told me it’s on my sons car seat... umm why was it there?? No reason for anyone to open my change compartment and when I said that the guy told me he used the air pressure cleaner and it blew away... yes, it’s my 1st time washing my car and that’s the case every time NOT!!! So the manager said what’s your point the money is here no one took it. My point is that it’s not about the money it’s about the principal they stole it and when I brought it to their attention they placed it back. Such horrible service and unprofessional. I Normally never write reviews and if I write one once in a while it’s always great ones. But this time I had enough with dishonest people and their BS work ethic! You should be ashamed of yourselves and not sure how this is voted as #1 because my car is still dirty! I paid extra to get the brake dust off...

This is the 3rd time I have been here and each time I have been disappointed…each time I have purchased the most expensive car wash so I do expect to get my car back like the pictures I posted. Along with the interior of my car being visibly dirty, it smells like sweaty socks due to the old rags they used to “clean” my car. I won’t be coming back.

Terrible job I don’t if they don’t pay their workers enough or just need to hire a professionals I keep going there and each time is worse than last !!!! Today I got them the tip when I realized that it’s not clean inside and ask to do it then when I checked it was almost the same … didn’t have the time to get inside and ask for my money back or to talk to the manager since I had my kids with me !!!!!!! If I could I would give them zero stars

I gave this business 3 chances . Today was the last one . You do leave form them with DIRTY car inside . I asked the guy to please clean those spots , BUT they don’t like to being told that something is wrong . It’s good , it’s good . It’s dirty ! I’ve paid $54 today for Ultimate + extra services . Maybe you are FAST but you let your clients leave with dirty cars. The way you guys clean customers can do the same on their driveways . Call for a Team meeting . Choose one person to check every car after is ready and check if the customer can return to the ready car . I’ve sent while waiting 3 people calling the guy to clean spots again because they were not clean .

I paid for their Ultimate Car Wash, the best they offer. When I walked inside and saw their automated car wash with the dirty fabric stands and automated wash jets, my first instinct was to leave. Unfortunately, I didn't listen and wasted nearly $40 on their "premiere" car wash. Very disappointing! First of all, they dried my SUV with a rag that left rag lint all over the outside and inside of my car. When I got home, I had to take my vacuum and spent 20+ minutes vacuuming the inside trying to remove all the rag lint they left all over my car's interior. The exterior was still fairly dirty when they finished their "Ultimate Wash." There were streaks, water marks, dried rag lint and still some dirt left on my car when they claimed my wash was complete. Highly disappointing job at Fast Eddie's. The workers were lazy and acted like they didn't care about the wash job they produced. From beginning to end, they did terrible work. I cannot recommend Fast Eddie's.

We have a membership here and unfortunately this is the only option in our area. The photos are the “after” pics. This isn’t a one time issue, as it’s happened several times before. There is not much attention to detail and the guys don’t even use a wet rag to clean the interior. Countless times I have had to go home and clean the interior again with a spray bottle and paper towels. Some guys are better than others, unfortunately I have had the guy who’s pretty careless and leaves our car as dirty as it was when we came in.

The BEST car wash in the area! From a simple exterior, to full car wash with wax, interior, windows inside and out. They have detailing available. Plus, the prices are very reasonable!

It’s funny because I counted 8 guys working in my car. Got the “Ultimate” wash for $30, which is supposed to include all of the services like vacuuming, window washing, interior cleaning, etc. It was an ultimate waste of money. Don’t waste your time or money going to this place. The owner needs to head to Northwest Auto Wash in Arlington Heights and take some notes. I’ll never go back to Eddie’s again. The place is garbage.

Brought my car here for a car wash. not only was it not washed, but i was told if i wasn’t happy with the results of my car wash, i could “pay for another one” by johnathan. after nick already told me that he would have my car put through the wash since it was so dirty it looked like it never went through the wash the first time. i’m not paying for a “second wash” when i never even got the first. this place is a scam. if you wanna drop off your car and pay for nothing, this is the place to go. check out the photos of my “car wash results.” not sure what they did to my mirrors but now one is white and one is permanently yellow.. you can clearly see the color difference in the photos. but what nick and johnathan said was “they both look white, i don’t see any difference in color” and laughed. ok…. so much for “tell a team member if you’re in satisfied so they can immediately remedy the issue.” where is a gm or owner when you need one… these kids are idiots and probably pocketed my money. whoever keeps commenting in response to these reviews, don’t tell us to speak up because when we do complain to staff, nothing is done. smh. keep your script and provide some ACTUAL customer service. nobody likes robotic responses. that just goes to show how a company doesn’t really care about their customers and the time they take to write reviews about their experiences. Fast Eddie’s do better……… lost a long time customer

If I could give zero stars, I would. This car wash was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I’ve had better results driving through a rainstorm behind a dump truck. By the time I left, my car looked worse than when I arrived. I actually stopped at a gas station afterward to use their windshield squeegee to undo the damage. I was willing to accept it was just an off day, and really wasn’t all that upset, but then the staff couldn’t possibly have been more rude and dismissive. If you’re looking for a place to waste your money, ruin your mood, and test your blood pressure, this is it. Otherwise, grab a hose, a sponge, and your dignity. You’ll get a better wash in your own driveway.

29 Jan 25: Well I've dropped my rating to 1 star :( I went early (0800) the front of my car was dirty (noticed when I got home) and my mats had pools of water. I asked the manager if they have a blower for the mats (I saw the guy just bang them together and put them in the car), and he said "No, just towels". I even paid the guy a tip. For $38, def not with it. (See posted photos). If I need to do a top down quality check and call the manager each time, it's not worth it. Here's an idea, have the MANAGER do a QC check on EVERY CAR that gets done. 20 Jun 24: Get here when they open. The towels are clean & fresh. The staff is great. If you get the Ultimate Wash, realize the light bars on the signs are not wo king (I talked to theamager). So, for example, even though the undercarriage wash is part of the package, the sign doesn't light up as your car passes it in the wash. The Rainx is extra (it has a separate sign). I will keep coming back. And, let the manager know prior to leaving if you have questions. Don't just leave a bad review without letting them address it. Prior Review: 12 Mar 24: Got here at 0800. One car ahead of me. Line started at 0805. Guys work hard. Will keep coming back. Prior Review: Very satisfied with the level of service and quality of work. For the price, very good quality. There may be places less expensive, but the quality is also not as high as here. Everyone was friendly, and the time to get the car completed was good. Easily visible from NW Highway (Rt-14), the entrance is on the westbound lane of Rt-14.

Not sure how to rate since I couldn’t even get serviced. Why is this place called “Fast” when you are forced to wait in line behind cars getting vacuumed- I only wanted a simple car wash but apparently everyone has to wait in the same line vacuum or not. Judging by the other reviews I’m glad I moved the cones blocking my exit and scooted out.

Service to price ratio has definitely gone downhill. Got the ultimate wash that was supposed to include matts, itdid at the Fast Eddies in McHenry ,but not here. They left the dirty mats on top of the seat. Used to go out of my way to go there. Won't to go there or any of theirs again. And I used to love going there.

Bare minimum. Avoid if you can That was my experience for the car wash. I do not know if the detailing aspect is different. Paid for the ultimate one, not worth it. If you HAVE TO come here for a wash make sure it is the cheapest one. Opened the trunk. I know I had half of it with things, but there was not an effort to even go through with a vacuum in the empty half Door panels still had dust on them as well as the dashboard. When I asked the front desk clerk he told me that the door panels came with the detailing so they do not touch them. Overall bad results. (Photos are from immediately right after the "wash")
