Quick in and out, I did the cheapest wash for $8, For my car that was clean enough for what i needed. The vacuums out back are handy being free. The issue is that they are clogged up with garbage. And no way to get the garbage out. I tried using a colored pencil that that snapped off. A metal tool works be handy.

BEWARE.....DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO ANY OF THESE LOCATIONS AS THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY.. MANAGER IS A JOKE AND ALMOST COST ME A NEW ENGINE ..SMH..I WASNT EVEN MAD OR GAVE YALL ANY KIND OF TROUBLE..I WAS STILL RESPECTFULLY AND CURTIOUS TO YALL EVEN THO YALL WERE NO HELP..SMH OWNER NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS...MAKING HIS BUSINESS LOOK BAD...Details: i Went in for a oil change recently at their state st location and within 400 miles my engine light and oil light came on. Checked oil and i was 2 quarts low.. i called to this location which is bay rd to speak to manager and he stated to bring it up there .after inspections he said it didn't need oil and i was good and that i was burning alot of oil.. which didn't make since..he even went to the extent of wiping the inside of my muffler and said look your burning oil...i was like aint that carbon..?smh..long story short i returned home and waited till the next day for the car to cool and just like i mentioned..it was 2 quarts low..it was just a loose oil filter that they tried to cover up and didnt want to fix...BRO all i needed was oil....smh.. i guess its time to take it back to the dealership for oil changes.

I want to give them a 0!!!! I was driving into the car wash and the employee motioned me to move ahead. I heard a loud bang and crunch and jumped out of my car. Only to find out he directed me into the railing and busted my hubcap. They took pictures and said they would get back with me. They never did. I went back today and they said they called me. But they never did. And now they refused to take responsibility for it! I DID WHAT THE EMPLOYEE SAID TO DO! They are responsible!! Do not patronize this business!

I've had memberships at both Tommy's and Mister and with both services I felt that for what I paid the workers should be more hands on with the entrance and exis as far as pre-washing and drying. Today was my first visit at this location as I'm new to the area. I stopped here primarily based on the reviews being better than both of the previously mentioned places. To my surprise they not only sprayed the vehicle as I entered but also brushed it. Then at the end the wiped it down. I'm happy with this experience and would recommend this location!

Good place my wife and I use this location all the time. On this maintenance the tech decided to pick castrol gtx full synthetic oil that in my mind is racing oil and not for grandmas 2008 145k miles mini van. The conventional oil would be fine for grandma seeing as she is not getting a new cabin air filter or engine filter the normal oil out of the big barrels would be fine. The full service on the van was great. Everything checked out. Wiper fluid filled. Great. But the oil selection that’s why the maintenance cost was so high.

Terrible Service and Rude Staff I went to Fast Eddie’s a while back and got their best wash, but it was far from the best. They only waxed half my tires and got extremely rude when I pointed it out, even claiming I didn’t pay—despite their own worker marking my car for the best wash. On top of that, the wash was so rough it knocked off my fog light cover. Terrible experience, rude employees, and a rough car wash. I wouldn’t go again.

I've been with this place for 5 years for a oil change and got only 25% of my visit done this one time they didnt even inspect around my vehicle for my normal check up. because he supposely said my gasket is bad not realizing that is just spilled oil around the area. This worker also mention the oil I had in my car has been the wrong oil someone has been putting in and he's a new face in the company to me and the oil I was getting beforehand was coming from the same place. So he puts a quart in of different oil. Out of nowhere once he finishes my car does not crank up my battery supposedly dies due to me having my lights on as he mentions? And it has not even been 5 minutes since i been there which is odd. I have not had any trouble with my vehicle until I came there. Right before I leave the other worker interferes and ask what's going on I mention the situation & he just brushes me off with disrespect and says whatever who cares. Very unprofessional. I thought I would have a better experience with this company due to me being a faithful customer for years. But thanks for the experience. You've lost a great customer

No pride in their car wash work at all they spray your windshield they spray the bumper they don't wash the car with a stick they just send it and whatever it is is what it is when it comes out even when you call and go back for a rewash because it's so dirty you pay $20 for a car wash on a new car it should come back clean

My third visit was today and they do a fantastic job of getting the road bugs off. For 19 bucks you can get the works! Nice work too. They once missed putting tire shine on two wheels but I am certain had I not been in a huge hurry they would have remedied that quickly. Also their "hot girl" has likely doubled the tips they receive and in my opinion should always wear a bikini on hot days.

I came here yesterday (02/17/2026) to get a car wash, and vacuum my car. They didn’t tell me before I went through the car wash, they only had two vacuums. They have quite a few vacuum stations, but only two with vacuums. How are they going to not tell people? Most people who get their car washed planed on vacuuming it afterwards. Yeah you can, but you have to wait for everyone else to vacuum theirs first. I’ve always went there for my car washes, but I’ll be going to Mister Carwash or the new one on State street.
