I wouldn't go there again. They asked me if I wanted the high mileage oil, I declined...as I always have. They billed me for the high mileage oil anyway (which was about twice as much). I didn't look at the credit card receipt before I signed it (my fault), but when I got home, I noticed that they charged me twice as much as as advertised. I called them to tell them of the mistake. They told me that the would reimburse me the money. A week or so went by and they still hadn't reimbursed me. I called them again...they told me the same thing (that I would get reimbursed). That was almost two months ago and they still haven't fixed their mistake. In addition to this, they spilled oil all over under the hood of my car when they removed the oil filter (which is an inside filter at the front of the engine). They spilled oil and didn't even bother to try to clean it up. So...yeah, good going Fast Eddie's of Muskegon. I will take my business elsewhere, and I hope people reading this post will consider doing the same.

I've been here for pretty much all my oil changes and everything has gone very smoothly. Everyone always explains why they would recommend certain things and everyone (at least that I've talked to) doesn't try to force it. I'm a really busy person and a college student and sometimes put off oil changes longer than I should. They've taken money off both times I've had to do the extra maintenance and recommended oil that will last me longer.

First off I normally don't put in reviews for companies but I have had a recurring issue at this location. I drive quite frequently averaging about 2500 miles per month. So every 2 months I get my oil changed. Couple months ago I got my first oil change here, thinking I found a nice new spot to get my oil changed. When I realized that my valve stem cap on the passenger front side was missing. Okay, no big deal. I go back this past month for another oil change and the exact same thing happened. I know valvestems caps are cheap. That's not the issue. first time it happens, ok goofy mistake. Second time it happens, somebody's taking them. Ridiculous yes, waste of time and my money absolutely. Guess the search goes on for another oil change shop..

Took two vehicles through to get washed then went and got truck. Place was busy and understaffed. However, person asking people to move up yelled at me “move up stupid retard”: Over worked/understaffed whatever this is unacceptable in any way, shape or form. I would hope the owners realize this should not happen. I was very angry and we have purchased the year wash package for several years. Might be time to just pay for someone else. This business needs to treat their employees better if employees feel they can treat customers in this manner. It starts at the top!

Very knowledgeable people here. I went here for an oil change after being WAY overdue and they did all the procedures necessary to keep my engine running smooth regardless. Best part? Their prices barely even made a dent in my wallet. I will be using them again.

The guys were so helpful! I showed up on a rainy Wednesday (not realizing they closed at 7 since google says 8) with 2 minutes to close and felt terrible asking for an oil change. They assured me I could come back in the morning and get the best service. Sure enough, came in right at open the next day and got everything taken care of in about 25 minutes. The men who helped me were super friendly and made me feel very welcomed. 100% will be back!

I work 12hr days so I’ve been pretty busy so we brought my girlfriend’s Honda in. Our first experience went really well all seemed good. Our second trip there also went well. Well I had a weekend off so I changed my oil myself (like I’ve done for the last 15 years). Turns out the heat shield was taken off without us being notified, I know they’re always a pain to change the oil with them on. But that’s not their choice to make. I definitely won’t be able to trust a oil change company again, thanks guys.

The staff is nice. I'm trying to understand how my son was able to have his oil changed in his truck, full synthetic, six quarts. Full service and it cost him $85. I went the other day, partial synthetic, 5 quarts and I was charged $90. Why? The sticker I was given said that I should return in 2,000 miles....I feel taken advantage of. I won't be back.

The location on Henry in Muskegon has gone above and beyond several times to assist me in various scenarios. Specifically, today, when I somehow locked my keys in my car while vacuuming. The employee there patiently and persistently worked to unlock my car and I was so grateful for the help. Their price for monthly unlimited washes is reasonable too!

Wonderful, wonderful teamwork and they are very fast and efficient. Every single time I try to take my car to Tony Benton or anywhere else I always end up spending so much money. I don’t know if they take advantage of me because I’m a girl, but yes, Eddie’s does an amazing job And I was really thankful. Andrew is a really good employee.

I've never left a bad a review, but this one makes sense. It's pretty hit or miss when it comes to the car wash. I got the monthly deal, which makes sense for winter. The problem I have, I was told that if I buy the month I can call the number on the receipt the day before and cancel, otherwise Fast Eddy would charge me for another month. So the day before I was told to cancel, I called and no one answered the phone. I then sent two messages through the website saying that I canceled. Now they've charged and told me, "no refund, because once we process a transaction, we don't refund it." They also said that I could no longer use the car wash because the sticker that I have was expired. So, I was charged a month extra with no reimbursement and no service.

I am beyond impressed with this car wash/oil change, especially the head owner Casey. I had accidentally knicked part of my wheel cover when going into the car wash, and he immediately ordered me a replacement with no questions asked. He even did all of the labor to put the new one on, and I felt incredibly blessed. This is a great business, and I've used their car wash for many years when we lived closer to the area. I wish it was still closer to our new home : )

Extremely fast service and you also get a free car wash. This place also has vacuums and a really great customer friendly service. I have been going here for a couple of years now and I won't go anywhere else. I hide the recommended to everyone. They also have discounts for veterans. Come check this place out

The car wash is nice. But the vacuums need some help. I tried 4 different vacuums today before giving up because none of them worked they either didn’t suck or the hoses were completely cracked so everything would just come back out.
