The clerk came to the registered eating Cheetos chip I was purchasing a white top she rang my White top up with her Cheetos stained fingers. I had to go get another top. Today was very poor customers service

Horrible customer service! The cashier couldn't even give me the correct aisle # to a product I was looking for. If it wasn't for the stocker, I would have never found it. On top of it... the cashier was extremely rude!!!If I could...id give this Family 0 stars!!!

I used to loved this store, it was quick to go and leave, but they have a very rude and unprofessional manager, he yelled at me and didn't want to charge me, when I told him that I was going to report it, he laughed and told me "just do it if you want."

Sold dog food that EXPIRED in Jan 2019. Today is April 8 2020. Food was Purina Moist and Meaty cheese and beef. Food was dry and brown and gross. If I could give 0 stars I would. There is no way that can be ok.

I came to buy beverages and an assortment of snacks for my loves and I, found everything I wanted and more, great customer service. I was able buy everything from my favorite energy drinks too sugar for making Kool Aids and lemon tea. The assortment of candy is fair and the chips aisle is spectacular.

Does Family Dollar not have the money to fix the AC?? It has been hot every time I've gone. The poor employees are all so happy and nice too every single time I go despite having to work in a sauna. DO BETTER FAMILY DOLLAR! It was torture to grab my things and go each time!

If I could give this store a negative I would. Was not greeted when entered, store looks terrible with product everywhere, very not organized. Now as far as the workers. They are rude, no public restroom even though they are required to have one. The woman that checked us out was very arrogant, doesn’t know proper policy, and overall was rude to customers before me and myself. “Only 3 items or more get a bag, you can carry your stuff.”

Horrible service went in to buy a few products and they didn’t have change for $50 the cashier was very rude to me and told me she wasn’t going to give me all of her change? What I bought was something under $10 so she didn’t have two $20 to give me back this is unacceptable I asked for her manager she said his name was Jonathan. I have called and have not been able to get in contact with him.

Went to get a few items and I asked for a cart . She said there is none. Sorry . I see they are all used for their purposes. Not one available for customers. I couldn’t shop for more than 3 times due to no cart .

Horrible female cashier who says she's the manager, never going back. Yelling top of her lungs she's in charge, no ethics what so ever. When I ask for her name since she didn't have a name tag and she said it didn't matter if I reported her,because any complaints go to a 3rd party service and there's nothing I can do about it. Then she denied me the sale of drinking water just cause she said she can. This all started because of the person ahead of me had some kind of disagreement and she just took it out on me. To deny a basic water transaction just cause she was in a bad mood was one of the worst feelings, this was on a 100°+ day.
