This location has all the typical items you find at Family Dollar. Many isles and shelves are disorganized or sloppy. The cashier area is cluttered. The cashier tried to hand off a phoney 5 dollar bill to the guy in front of me but he immediately returned it.

They are doing the floor and it has a strong chemical smell to it... They have the doors close and No ventilation what so ever... Be careful

This store is ok for location; however, it lacks with availability of various products all the time....always things in the ails...customer have to squeeze through to get to what they want. I don't particularly care to shop much in this store.

I went in to look for a Happy Anniversary balloon. And even though choices were displayed to choose from, there were none of any kind in stock besides a few graduation balloons. I was disappointed not 1 other kind of balloon was available, no Happy Birthday, a plain smiley face, nothing else.

So cash app allows you to refill your card at family dollar locations and the cashier refused to scan the bar code called her manager and said they do not refill cards when I have refilled my card here before, she did not even try to put the money on. Terrible service you could have at least gave it a try.

This is without a doubt the nastiest store in Greenville. Does this store not have a District Manager? It is sloppy, nasty. The parking lot is full of trash. There are crude home made sign about everything. I am surprised they don't have a "spitting" corner in this awful place.

A week ago my car caught a flat tire and I had to wait for roadside assistance for an hour and half. The young lady named MYRA was operating the cash register and was so sweet and understanding of my predicament! She was really a godsend for me and I’m incredibly thankful for her kindness.

This store was unorganized stock is all over the place no stock on the shelves and it was not clean they need serious help in this store and who ever is the store manager it shows they don't care about how the store looks.

Employees that work there are very polite, helpful, and respectful individuals! Great customer service skills! There are 3 employees in particular who I've came in contact with working there so far. The "Lady J" (I don't remember her name) , and the woman rocking the up-do bun. Fantastic employees! Also, the gentleman working there with the dreadlocks, outstanding customer service skills, nice, and very helpful! These 3 employees make shopping easier! Thank you all!

Made a quick run to this store walked inside and it was a mad house! I literally walked down every isle and things were misplaced or not there at all! The isles were cluttered beyond belief! It was just junky!! Items knocked over and boxes in the isles. I decided to leave and not purchase anything and on my way out the floors were beyond disgusting! It was before noon, there’s no way this store is this nasty after being opened for 3hrs. 😷

Been shopping here almost a decade and never had one bad experience. The manager is always working to improve the store. The staff are all super friendly. Store is clean and aisles might have some boxes, but they make sure you can still get what you need. They also redid the entire store not long ago so any reviews over 1 year should be ignored.

How do you have merchandise on the floor and on clearance? But get to the register and because it rang .01 your employee wouldnt sale it to me!!! You shouldn’t have it on the floor to buy and not sale it!!! I will NEVER come back to this location!!! False Advertisement!!!!!
