Don’t shop here during the winter, they don’t care about their customers safety. My mom fell hard on black ice and most likely hurt herself really bad and the the employees just looked at her and didn’t help her get up or anything. When my mom asked for the manager, the girl working told her other co-worker not to give her managers number out because she will get “mad”. Pretty pathetic if you ask me. Then when I call to to complain about the incident the girl that probably told her co-worker not to give their managers number out lied and said she was the “manager” and when I told her about the incident, she told me she “apparently” talked to her manager on the phone after the incident but didn’t let my mom have it. If there was a zero star rating, I’d give this place a zero.

By far the best dollar store in town, and best dollar store I’ve been to, I’ve never had a issue here and it’s always clean and tidy, something you don’t see at dollar stores, the staff is always friendly, especially the manager, that guy is the greatest

This was the last time I go here. Bought $10 bag of candy. Not only is it completely melted, it's also stale. It's absolutely insane. Close this store already.

I rarely shop here however in addition to there very nice employees ,I love the floor's ...it was at some point"long ago" a bowling alley and has wonderful wood flooring that you don't see much in stores anymore...!!👍

Went for a pedialyte and tried to drink it this morning, I know their cooler has been stinking for weeks but I figured everything was sealed, I almost threw up my breakfast when I drank the pedialyte, DO NOT BUY THE COLD DRINKS UNTIL THEY CLEAN THE FRIDGE!!!!

Love this store!! I go to the abriendo store instead of the Elizabeth store. The employees at the abriendo store are really sweet and friendly store is always clean and shelves are always stocked. An employee at the abriendo store who's name is BELLE always greats you with a HELLO when you walk in and a smile at checkout. The manager rikki at the Elizabeth store is RUDE, LAZY, AND PREJUDICE!! Store is always dirty shelves are not stocked. If you want anything don't ask them to check in the back because you will get "IM NOT GOING TO THE BACK TO CHECK" The Elizabeth store needs a new manager and a serious attitude adjustment..If you want good friendly service go to the ABRIENDO STORE!! And anyone who likes Elizabeth's store and RIKKI who doesn't l like this post well that's just to damn bad!!

Poor girl was getting yelled at. 7/1/22 a boy employee was arguing and yelling with a girl employee. It seemed weird that after she just stood there and listened to him she went back to work and he kept following her around yelling at her. He wouldn't leave her alone.He kept telling her to listen, shut up, and that he's the boss so she has to do whatever he says. Poor girl was crying.I asked if she was okay but I'm still concerned. Now I'm getting an email that my review was reported by Family Dollar. Do better and instead of trying to delete my review do your research on what happened.

The people who work in this establishment are very rude to new coming customers. However, I have just recently moved into the neighborhood and noticed that they are nice and welcoming to the people who are their normal customers but, if you are somebody that they don't know they treat you is as if you are a criminal. Another thing that puts me off is that when trying to return or exchange products you're only told that you are only able to do it one time even though you have a receipt and the product was defective. It is just a very off-putting thing to walk into an establishmen even if it is the family Dollar and become treated like a third-class citizen.

There is over particular clerk who dresses very colorful and brightly! She is especially friendly and mirrors perfectly the exuberance she brings to the job. She is equally kind to every customer! I will find out her name and post it! She deserves the credit for my return visits!!

Employees are extremely helpful and readily available to assist customers. My phone went dead and the manager even let me use his family Dollar store app to save me money on my purchase! Store is clean, well stocked and employees truly aim to be considerate and professional.

These two girls in the morning need to find a new job or be taught how to be cordial. Not to mention one finished her phone call before coming to help the line of people waiting on the two girls working on the same cart. No hellos, no have a nice day nothing. Family Dollar on Abriendo either needs new management, new employees and/or both combined with better training. If I could rate it lower than 1 star I def would. Where do I start? Customer service is at an all time low. The clearance section was a mess. Only 1/3 of the items had red sticker tags to let you know the price.I sent my daughter to the front to ask about prices 3 times. Each time the cashier reacted as tho we just asked her to wash our dirty laundry by hand for a month. I finally gave up because 2 out of those 3 times she could not give us an answer. There was a very lackluster, lazy feel about the place. I was not impressed. I wasn't made to feel welcomed & appreciated for my business. Disappointment is an understatement. Two unenthusiastic thumbs down.

This store is so much better than a couple years ago. I remember when people, for no reason, would get kicked out. The male assistant manager was so silly childish acting. He enjoyed being rude to customers. He is no longer there. I stopped going because it was so bad. Now you go in the staff is friendly. They actually act like they want to be there. That says a lot about the manager. He's probably the most professional manager I've seen in a long time. Keep up the good work guys. Came in 6 minutes before closing to very quickly look at the Hot Wheels selection with my partner, as we hadn't been to this Family Dollar yet. Manager tells us upon walking in "we literally close in two minutes," despite it still being 9:54PM; my partner promises we won't be long. Looked at the Hot Wheels, saw ones we would want to buy, and decided to come back tomorrow to buy them earlier in the day. Only took 3 minutes, was leaving the store at 9:57PM. The manager very nastily says "Are you serious?!" to us as we walk out the door, and as were backing out of the parking lot I see her staring through the glass door at our car with a pen and notepad: writing down our license plate number. I'm confused as to why we're being treated so horribly; if she thinks we were shop-lifting, surely she can just check the cameras and see that we didn't? I'm worried we're going to get banned from the store when all we were trying to do was be respectful and not be there after 10PM!
