I don't know what happen to this place. I haven't been here in awhile, so I took my car to get washed this last weekend and I was not very happy with the results. The workers seem very lazy and do an awful job drying you car. I had to go home and finish cleaning it at home, it was a waist of money. My wife took her car today and had the dame results. I will not be back.

I really love this car wash. They did miss some smears on the front windshield, which they usually don’t, but besides that they are friendly, the car 🚙 shined when I left and I felt like a proud car owner again! 😃 Front desk gentleman is very nice 👍

I bring my large work truck here. I bring it in disgustingly dirty and full of sawdust. These guys clean it up and it’s 95% better than when I brought it in. They only charge $15 for the truck. Everywhere else in town wants almost twice that much. I am a happy customer.

went there for the first time. had excellent service. my suv was so clean inside and out. the young man that i first came in contact with was very nice. i expressed i wanted the car vacuumed well and he jumped in with the other workers and did a thorough job. It's been a great place for carwashing. But not as good during pandemic. Customer have to vacuum their car rather than staff . Doing your own vacuuming isn't a big deal but the cost remained unchanged.

Good Wash, no paint stripping brushes that beat your car senseless. Could do a better wipe down and windows. However their brushes do make contact and can cause damage to our vehicle, when they aren't used properly or carefully. The Dent Guy in FBK fix it, $200.00 since they won't accept responsibility... WORD

I have used this place, throughout its successive owners, for over 25 years. I have never been disappointed. Not once. I have a couple of high value sports cars which require hand washing, and have always been met with friendly, professional attendants, who treat my vehicles carefully, and take great pride in making them look their best. Sometimes even the best businesses have "off days" or less than perfect service delivery. It happens. These folks are deserving of continued patronage.

Poor excuse for a car wash. I have detailed my wife’s car meticulously since it was bought new. Well on one occasion we didn’t have time and stopped through the wash. Coming out it had streaks over the glass. Also there were DEEP scratches across the c pillar leading to the roof and on the rear fender and driver side rear door. I’m sure whoever was operating that brush could care less, and obviously the people drying it. Some of these scratches will not be repairable from a paint correction. AVOID

These folks are amazing! They really care about you and your vehicle and do a wonderful job! I even brought them a classic BMW that had been in outside storage for a year and badly needed some TLC. They carefully hand washed the car and the detail man, Jose, nickname Micki, is the very BEST!!!! He knows just what to do to make a car look incredible. He lovingly cared for my car and when he was done it looked like new!!!! And it shines so bright I bet one could see it from miles away!!!! And they did not charge much at all!!!! I highly recommend the Fallbrook Car Wash!!!!

Friendly, conscientious employees Appreciate the hand wash for the finish on my vehicle. Great coupons offered on local Albertsons receipt. Depending on time of day, can get crazy backed up. Vacuuming and interior could be more thorough.I recommend them for their unique service

Cleaned well but did not dry well, resulted in streaking. My first time there. I will give them another shot and will write a second review. This is a follow up after a couple of additional visits. They did a better job on subsequent visits so I upgrade the rating from 3 stars to 4. One thing I especially appreciate is that they did not complain about the considerable dog hair in one of my vehicles and they cleaned it up well.

Terrible service. Interior was completely dirty and the exterior was not clean either. When asked about it they said that if we wanted a better wash we would have to pay more than $20 that we paid. Worst car was and customer service. Manager would not even talk to us about it
