Paid almost $40 for a wash and only half a car wash was done. Water spots left on the outside of the windows and on the inside looks like they cleaned the windows with a dirty towel. The trunk, rear bumper, and tail lights still had some dirty areas.

This place is a dump now. I'd never go back again. Use to come here all the time. They did a terrible job for the hand wax. Didn't even vacuum properly.

1 year later, i wanted to give this place another try. 3 months ago when i came, they did an ok job and price was decent. Hand wax for $60. This time, they lied again. Please dont come to this place. They cover their regular price and just tell you random price to mark up depending on who they see. They told me my car is too low to go through the machine but i came 3 months ago and they never change their machines. They charge me extra for washing MY car and 75 for express hand wax. They charge me 50 for a regular silver wash which is 3 levels down from express hand wax. They lied and thats what happens to them. Lose a business and no tips for their workers. When i came, i saw NO cars, No business there. No wonder why people dont come. I also reported them under consumer affairs.

They must be under new management, no prices listed for individual washes, only monthly memberships, but I'd been there before so I was offered wash n wax for $50. & Would include my trim as well (which is the main reason I was there) Did such a poor job, didn't look waxed and such a bad job done on my trim when I got home had to go over the trim myself so it looked presentable. Yes my trim was looking bad before I went there, but for $50.00 it shoulda been done right and it wasn't. Won't be back, gotta find someplace else.

Really nice job and friendly place. Wasn’t till I got home I noticed there were a 6 sticky wax drops in different places. Not the end of the world but that was the only thing preventing me from giving a 5 star. I would recommend, I will be back for sure, maybe even sign up for the monthly plan

You guys have one job; wash cars.. yet you folks are terrible at it. Let's see, I paid $25 for the gold level wash. The wait time wasn't too bad, about 25mins, however it wasn't exactly busy when I went. From having streaks still on the exterior windows to not wiping down the interior side consoles (center I can understand seeing as how there was a lot going on), this place is terrible at their job. They did a piss poor job of vacuuming and didn't even bother to clean the back; which I emptied (I have a SUV). Once finished I tipped the drying guy $2. Before driving away though I check the car and ask them to wipe down the front bumper where they missed the bug splatters and they said that it's gonna cost extra next time.. how does that make sense?! Well that comment cost them their 'next time' and earned them a single star. All in all, this place is a sorry excuse for a car wash. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The shine was nice but the details weren't. When I got home I had to re vacuum the car. And they failed to do the tire dressing. It's my fault for just jumping in the car and driving off. If I go back out definitely do a walk around before I leave. It's funny they used to be really good

Literally happens minutes ago - I had the unfortunate experience of taking my car to this unprofessional Fairway Garden Carwash for what I hoped would be a routine cleaning. However, what transpired was an absolute nightmare that has left me fuming with anger and disappointment. To start, upon arriving at the car wash, the staff seemed uninterested and lacked basic customer service skills. No warm greetings, no smiles – just a stark reminder that they were only there to collect my money. But the worst was yet to come. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I finally received my car back from the wash. At first glance, everything seemed fine. But as I walked around, I noticed a long, deep scratch on the wheel of my car that was definitely not there before. I immediately turned around to confront the staff about the damage they had done, but to my dismay, they flat-out denied any responsibility. It was apparent that the scratch was fresh, and given that I had just handed over my car to them, there is no doubt that their carelessness caused the damage. But instead of owning up to their mistake, they chose to be defensive and dishonest. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also downright infuriating. I demanded to speak to a manager, hoping for a resolution, but even the manager seemed disinterested and unwilling to accept any blame. They brushed me off and insinuated that the scratch must have been there before, which is simply untrue. I left the car wash feeling defeated and cheated. Not only did I have to deal with the emotional stress of seeing my car damaged, but the staff's apathy and denial only added insult to injury. It is abundantly clear that they do not value their customers or take responsibility for their actions. I would strongly advise against bringing your car to Fairway Garden Carwash. Save yourself the frustration, money, and potential damage to your vehicle. There are plenty of other reputable car washes that genuinely care about their customers and would never dream of denying responsibility for their mistakes. In summary, my experience at this carwash was utterly disappointing and disheartening. I will never return, and I implore anyone reading this to think twice before trusting this establishment with their precious vehicles. Avoid at all costs!

Decent car wash. I got a deluxe for around $30. I didn't really see much difference from a lower priced wash. Really nice waiting areas both indoors and outside.

I have been going to this car wash for years now. And I noticed that service has declined. On June 18 2022 I went to get a car wash while waiting for my car one side was not vacuumed and told the gentleman that it was not vacuumed he told me are you sure pointing To my passenger side and showed him the trash that was still on the front . I asked for the Manager and he said if you don’t like the service to go somewhere Else . I ask for owner number and he said he can’t be bothered. NEVER Go HERE Bad SERVICE

I couldn’t given them less than one star, i went to this place to wash my car before last week, and I ordered premium hand wash paid $60, after I picked up my car I found several damage inside indoor, and not cleared, just like auto car wash outside only. They are not responsible and have a bad attitude when I communicate with them, don’t go this terrible place!!!!!!! Avoid here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I paid for a $125 detail, I’m assuming because I was the last car of the day they wanted to clock out they didn’t even wipe my dash or have common sense to lift the floor mats to vacuum under them. Very poor job. Take your car somewhere else.

Paid $40 bucks plus $8 tip for a lousy job on my jeep. Inside windshield was untouched. Had to tell the guy to pls clean it and to clean passanger mirror. Moved the car seat and of course mess there. The Guy that sold me this "deal" said the silicone sealer will look good but not even 2 hours later its no longer shiny. Several parts where these guys did not even open doors to clean correctly. I had to clean the front lights from bugs. This place has gone to sh..! I am going back today to get at least half my money back. Last time I go here.

Horrible experience. I came yesterday August 8th 2023, I was only going to get a quick car wash. But the ticket writer talked me into getting the $75 manager special. , so I paid my $75 for the manager's special and I sat there and waited about an hour for my car to be washed. And then the general manager Pedro comes to tell me that I have to bring my car back the next day Because they don't have time to wash it. I included a couple pictures so you can see how dirty my car still is. I'm only out here visiting California from Redmond, Washington. And I'm scheduled to leave August 9th 2023, I come back to the car wash The next day and I explain that I don't have time to leave my car and get it washed any more. , I have a long drive back to Washington. I ask for my refunds so I can be on my wand they inform me that they do not do refunds on manager special car washes. I informed the ticket writer and the office clerk that there has been nothing done to my car, I was sent home by the general manager. Because they did not have time to wash my car. And all I wanted was a refund. So after going back-and-forth with the ticket writer and the general manager, they decide to only give me half of my money back. I still don't understand why they kept half of my money when they did not provide any services. I was sent home because they had no time to provide the service that I paid for and I was asked to come back the next day. Which makes no sense., do not go to this car wash, they will scam you!

The workers there are very friendly and they did a great job detailing my car. I had some stubborn spots on my headlights that I couldn't get off myself with a normal wash but they did the job. Inside and out of my car looked nice and clean. Very happy with the results.
