I've been to the Orchard Park location three times. Each time I've gone there are washers that aren't operating. Same washers out second visit. Same washers out on my 3rd visit with more washers not working. I'm going to try another laundromat next time. It is clean. The ladies restroom was nonoperationable. Not happy.

The car wash is good, very typical but my score reflects the poor nozzle attachment on the vacuums. You can't get in between the nooks and crannies or between the door and seat. Suction was meh. I've had better. Yes, I get it's a buck but if you're doing something, .....

Went to wash clothes on Saturday used four washers and my clothes got stuck in one washer it would not open called and texted the emergency number NO one ever called or came to help after an hour the machine finally opened. What is the point to have an emergency and NO ONE helps . I had an appointment I had to cancel also because of this highly unacceptable. Very bad customer service. Would not even give one star but cannot leave a review without

The Ed laundromat was clean & well maintained. I helps that the larger washers took credit card so you didn’t have to bring s ton of quarters. Good amount of natural light & ample seating to wait for your loads to be done.

Stay away from this place! Some washers out of order, one larger washer leaking. Dryer temperature is inadequate causing you to add additional money over and over again to get things dry.

I liked it but then dog wash wasn't working well and wouldn't take my bills when time was expiring. Had to leave soapy dog and run to get change in order to rinse. Washers near bathrooms don't get enough water. Multiple times I can see soap won't even get dissolved. You have to wait til they finish and rewash. Very annoying waste of time and money. I WANT to like the place but also came in on a night they had a crew cleaning the floor. They took all the laundry carts away outside. I left for awhile to just get out of the way and hours later they are there and barely moved and still in the way with no carts.

Did laundry during a night shift. Placed in washer at 11 pm, came in at 4 am to switch my load before having to pick it up at 7 am. Owner flipped out on me for leaving my laundry and said he was about to throw it away. 25 yr old woman at 4 am alone with an old upset man for reference. Was super uncomfortable.

Great place to do laundry. I went here one night at 2am, and it was open as advertised. Every machine I used worked well. No complaints. They have a change machine, some washers take a credit card. None of the dryers I noticed, had a credit card option. They sell powdered soap, dryer sheets, and I think fabric softener, all were priced at $1.25 each. They also have a few arcade games. All in all a safe place to do laundry, they have security cameras as well to add to the safety.

Would not recommend at all, paid $10 for a no touch car wash I came out of it and there was still bird poop all over my car, sap from trees, bugs across the whole front bumper, office was closed nobody to talk to nobody to get a refund from or to get a free wash, they don't have any contact information on their website except a phone number, definitely will not go back to any of their businesses or locations.

Went here to use the vacuuming services for my vehicle. The vacuums have no suction power at all and my car is pretty clean to begin with. Also the vacuum stole my money on the second time I tried to add quarters to continue use, hoping it might get stronger as you feed more quarters for time. The change machine in the laundry room area also stole one of my dollars and one was broken down completely. I basically paid $3 to learn to never use this location or their services ever again.

Rude attendant. Don't offer a pet wash if you're going to yell at someone for bring in pet beds to wash and assume someone isn't going to clean up after themselves

Its 9:30 pm and I am washing some extra large items. This place is nice and clean. Extra large dryers work really fast. There is a polite helpful man the works here.

Coins/card/digital payments accepted. Everything works as intended minus the empty vending machine. Couple arcade games to kill time and separate bathrooms for men/women. All in all it's a nice place and the automatic doors are the best!!

This place is truly amazing as you can wash your clothes and your car while you're waiting laundromat is super clean everything works the bathroom is even clean here and it's pretty cheap compared to a lot of places also all of their washers and dryers take debit cards which takes the headache out of going to do laundry no one wants to carry around a Pocketful of quarters

This place is a dump. I occasionally come here to wash large items like bedding or shower curtains. The car wash is okay if it works but it’s rarely cleaned or maintained. The laundromat is the worst. The machines are old and grimy and every time I come here, fewer and fewer are in operating order. Some have doors ripped off. The change machine has been broken for years. You cannot wait comfortably inside because the upholstered furniture is filthy and looks like it was pulled from, and should go back to, the dumpster.The tables look like they were bought at a Prison Auction. I don’t feel like my clothes are clean this time around. Nothing is clean here. I will give one star because I have to but also because the landscaping is almost perfect. Whoever does their landscaping should be commended.

The first machine I used charged me 11$ although the price was supposed to be 5$, I wouldn’t recommend paying with card due to this issue which probably happens frequently seeing as they have a whole “refund submission box” on the wall. If I ever return will only be using quarters. Dryers and prices are good, most of the washers though are a little bit old and missing buttons or parts on the face cover which isn’t a huge deal but it lowers the appearance of quality and cleanliness in my opinion. Not bad but not the greatest laundromat I’ve been to.

Going here for 5 months now. It's been newly painted inside and the bathrooms have new slide locks on the doors. There is a change machine for quarters on the back wall and also a dispensary for powder detergents and dryer sheets. There's a TV for viewing while waiting for your laundry to get done, and also 2 video games (golf and racing). There is wifi here and the passcode is listed above the fire extinguisher by the front door. This place is open 24 hrs. There's also a separate connected room for washing your dog with pet shampoo provided. It smells great in there!
