Bought an interior cleaning and asked for a dusting and seat cleaning. There is no way they did either. I also paid additional money to remove winter salt on the driver carpet. Still there. Im usually happy with your service but this one was a waste of money. Even my windows were all spotted

I had a basic interior cleaning at the OP location today. Once I got into my car, I noticed that the seats and console had not been wiped down, and the treatment on the floor mats had not been rinsed off. I approached Owen, the person working the detailing register, and he offered to come “touch it up” and completed all of the things that hadn’t been done. He was polite and apologetic. I appreciated his effort and positive attitude!

Landon was amazing yesterday. I got a new truck and needed a new sticker. He is the first person in 20 years that told me i didnt have a delta sonic gas card linked to my account and he was going to set me up with a new one. He was so nice and friendly. He was not pushy or trying to rush me out of there and made sure my account was finally all set up! i can finally enjoy the gas discount! What an amazing employee!

I had like 5-6$ unused for a fuel purchase went back in to get the refund back this was 2 weeks ago have yet to get the money back. Don’t care about 5$ really but the child at the register said it will go back onto my card and I don’t think it is so make sure you get yours cash at the time of purchase

I would love to give Logan 5 stars for selling me on the steam clean for the inside of my car...... I can only give the cleaning guy 2 stars...... yea he did clean my car out..... but for $35 I was expecting to get a clean car back! I’m not expecting a full detail but my dashboard wasn’t even wiped down (I can still see a dust across it!) he showed me the first time and I asked him to take another look (the back seat wasn’t even wiped off! It’s leather..... super easy to just wipe!) by the second time I can’t be bothered! I’ll go home and clean it myself.

I called in advance to question them about cost because my 4Runner was pretty dirty inside. I have large dogs that ride with me. I was given a price for the service plus suv fee. For only the interior, I was quoted less than $100. I planned on $150 because there are always hidden costs. It was $260. I was a little stressed by the difference but figured it would be worth it to have it really clean. Well, it was not. Spots on all seats where my dogs ride we’re still all there. Dirt in/around seatbelt area remains. Dash area near vents & controls screen still very dirty. I’m not sure if they are supposed to do the ceiling but it was not touched. I could have & should’ve done it myself. The spots on the seats are just dirt from dogs getting in & out after hiking. What a waste of money. Very disappointed with this service.

Went through the car wash in my beloved 2016 Explorer Sport. The wash ripped off one wiper blade and damaged the other. The manager Conner was very professional and took care of me. What I thought was to be a bad experience turned out to be a good one thanks to his excellent customer service. Bravo!

Since I can't review the main store, this'll go here. Reliably every time I have stopped here in the morning, I get told the registers are down. Why are the doors unlocked, and staff members walking past me without anything being said if thats the case? Waste of my time. I understand they are doing construction, but this has been going on since before that started. C'mon. Update your software, stop wasting people's time.

They don't spray the cars and trucks very well before going onto the wash track at this location, we had tons of ice flying off our truck through the whole wash which can't be very good for our truck or the other vehicles. When we exited the wash there was still slush and ice on the running boards, if they sprayed the car off like they do at our normal location this shouldn't be an issue.

I paid $36.99 (was charged $40.23) for their interior vacuum, wipe-down, and mat cleaning package—and I deeply regret it. This was my first visit, and it’ll definitely be my last. The person assigned to clean my car was completely irresponsible and careless. He didn’t even bother to vacuum properly—there was visible dirt left on the floor, near the seat rails, and around the pedals. He completely ignored wiping down key areas like the door panels, the gear shift area, the coffee cup holder, and the dashboard. I’ve attached photos that clearly show how untouched and dirty everything was after the so-called cleaning. It honestly felt like I handed my car over to them, paid them $40, and got it back in nearly the same condition. For that price, you expect at least a basic level of effort—but clearly, they’re just overcharging and underdelivering. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing service. If you value your money and your time, stay away from this place.

This location is under remodel for car wash and interiors. My main issue is their location website doesn't state that but it does state that the brick oven is temporary closed. Meaning, they have the ability to change that. I would have gone to a different delta location. I checked the website before heading to this location.

We waited half the winter for them to actually be open and now they have the car wash closed due to cold weather. Said they’re gonna be closed tomorrow too so you know when they do open the line is gonna be 50 people deep. An unlimited membership here is unlimited in name only.

If it was up to me, this place would not get any stars does not deserve any stars. This place is nothing but a scam to take peoples money. I went in there. I have the unlimited car wash deal exterior I told her that I need car vacuumed then clean From inside she charged me $36 plus tax. I went around to get to the detail shop. I’m online to get into the detail shop this young man comes up his name is Ivan and he starts to give me all you want all the salt off the hard leather and the seats, clean and blah blah blah blah blah there was another $60 that he upgraded me too and I’m thinking they’re gonna do such a good job As they come and get me to get my car, it looks like nothing was done. Absolutely nothing. How can you vacuum a car and leave that are dirty the leather guards that are on the floor with guards is like they just dunked them in water and brook them back out that’s all they did vacuum never vacuum never wipe down so I asked for the manager which he turned out to be a airhead, he was just a total airhead I’m explaining to him it’s just common sense but obviously he had none. So I’m out $100 that just went to garbage for nothing was done in this car wash. They have teenagers doing work that we don’t know what they’re doing. The car runs on a conveyor belt and these young kids had to get a paycheck minimum wage while the owners make million robbing people off. It’s not worth a dime to spend in this car wash the exterior unlimited wash. That’s the only thing they have that’s good It’s good because there’s snow so much in this area you need it but other than that, I don’t think anybody should get any detail service from them because they just don’t know what they’re doing. They look like they’re fancy shops but it’s a bunch of kids. They don’t know how to clean bicycles less often to clean cars.
