Stop by this car wash because I haven't washed my truck in a while. Went through the touch list and spent $22 and upon viewing the truck after the wash had scratches up and down my truck that weren't there previously. Sent off photos to them. I will update my post once hearing back from this place Update* I called and left a voicemail. I sent pictures via f.b messenger. I have a receipt on my banking app

This place isn't far from where we live so I decided to try them out. The first time I stopped by the line was extremely long and didn't move. There appeared to be two automatic wash bays but it seemed like only one was being used. I tried again the following day and it was the same situation so we decided to pull into a self wash bay so my husband could washed the car for me. He said the directions were pretty lacking and the only signage he saw stated there was a $5 minimum but there were no signs regarding the cost. There was a dial to choose what you wanted (scrub, rinse, etc.) and the timer counted UP instead of DOWN, which was odd. Normally you get a certain amount of time depending on how much you pay or select. It took him about 8-10 minutes to clean my car and I noticed today that our account was charged $21.75!!! Definitely too expensive IMO. I'll stick to getting my washes at Scrub a Dub from now on.

Line takes forever, but that's not the worst part. We waited 20 minutes for 3 cars to go through then went into the self wash instead. It only says "minimum $5" instead of actually telling you how much it costs. When you swipe or tap your card it doesn't tell you anything. Wouldn't you expect a timer to count down when it starts running? Nope you get a timer counting up, and no idea how much time you're getting. Instructions unclear, I ended up getting charged $21 - but didn't find that out until I got my bank statement. Very frustrating, would not recommend.

Once you are around the corner to go towards the back where the entrance to the car washes are, if you want to leave, there is no way to do so if cars are waiting in line. There should be a lane to drive around if you so wish. It also appeared the whole parking lot was one way, so you can’t even turn around to go the way you came. There were two different car washes, touch free and gentle touch. They weren’t clearly marked before getting in line, so you could easily get the wrong line and be stuck. The basic wash was $14, good was $17, and best was $22. It seemed to take about 7-10 minutes per car to go through the wash.

This place is easy and convenient! I drove through the wash and used the vacuums.

Hands down the best self-serve car wash I've been to. It's brand new, and easy to use. (Press the Green button if using a credit card when you're done😉) And. The suction on the vac is amazing. Go check it out...

Don't bother. $10 for a 5 minute use of a pressure washer gun for the oversized vehicle bay. The price is not listed, poor signage, lots of colors but no cost in detail. It's deceiving on purpose...says the minimum is $5.00, but doesn't tell you exactly how much they charge per minute. For a 5 minute rinse, it was $10. Won't go back.

I haven't been but I need to find something other than Scrub A Dub, its in a bad location and the bristles bend my front plate

I used the self service wash to wash my truck. This is the best one I have ever used. It allows you to use ApplePay, and is reasonably priced. I would strongly recommend it for anyone who wants to wash their own vehicle.

Easy, fast and convenient. Pre soak wasn't working but I'd still come back here no issue.

Went on a Saturday, no lines at all. Chose the touch free wash. Price for the top of the line was was about $3 higher than other places I have been. Pressure of the wash seemed high. A bar went across the SUV up and over front to rear. Seemed to do a thorough job! Even washed under the rear hatch wing! This is the first touch free wash I have been through that did that! I didn't time how long I was in there but it seemed longer than other places I have been. Dry timer seemed more than adequate. When I returned home and looked at the car I was impressed. Car was very clean and shiny, even black wheels were cleaner than any car wash has ever got them.

Waste of time and money. Vehicle was barely clean and many places completely missed. Undercarriage didn’t turn on for the first 3/4 of travel inside. Got home with a truck bed full of frozen soap suds and dirty windshield and tailgate. For the amount of time and flashy lights, one would hope to leave with a clean car. I will not return.

Waited in line for a half hour, get up to choose options and pay and the card reader doesn't work. Guy says, "I don't know what to tell you." Oh, ok, thanks guy. Stay away unless you have cash.

Can only comment on the soft touch service. I paid for the "elite" package or whatever they call it. I can't say it was anything but just ok. The undercarriage jets didn't turn on until I was halfway onto the bay, Just let my foot off the bake and slowly entered, only the back half of my vehicle got sprayed. I would recommend anyone to wait until the jets turn on not when the automated voice tells you to enter! The wash itself was just basic nothing great, you wont get a super clean wash if your vehicle is already dirty. Then the tire shine didn't even do my rear tires and the dryer turned off before I fully exited the wash bay. Not sure if there was a sensor issue or what?? Will not be going back this car wash to me is NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I even sent them an email about my experience and still have not heard back in 2 weeks.

Can be a little busy sometimes, especially on nice winter days after a storm, summertime is usually pretty casual if you go early. I think this may be the best carwash around the area.

This car wash is a rip off. Didn’t even clean my car for $20 then the vacuum wouldn’t shut off and charged me $20. They don’t tell you or show you there is a shut off so its stops charging you. You have to just figure it out yourself which is crazy. Don’t waste your money here there are way better car washes

Came in on Friday at 345, I used the self cleaning bay. I used a 10$ bill and I was only given 5 minutes instead of the 10 I should have. I messaged their support number and the lady was incredibly rude and absolutely no help. If you can go to a different car wash.

We were excited to finally fit our trailer into the wash bay at EZ Clean in Westbrook—plenty of space, easy to use, and super satisfying to see it shine again! To our surprise, we also discovered a full dog wash inside the center, which instantly made us love the place even more. We didn’t bring the pup this time, but we’ll definitely be back soon to check it out. Clean trailer today… clean dog next time! ~S.B. Taylor Transport Team

Cannot fit a full size truck in the No Touch lane. Finally got myself past the pole they have, just for the car wash to have timed out. Now I paid for a wash I couldn’t use. Also, the machine never takes my debit card (Chase Visa) and I have to use a different card - some work some don’t. Overall extremely frustrating experience. Photo is reference of how close I got to the pole. I’ve driven full size trucks my whole life and never had such an issue. Between the cones indicating the lanes, the signage for washes, the poles in front of the wash bay.

I had used the self-service lanes previously with decent results, hence my 2-star review and not 1. This morning, I decided to try their “Touch-Free” wash. I could’ve opted for the $14 was but upgraded to the $17 wash. Total waste. Car was not clean at all. Very disappointed and will now have to find a different option in my area. This is a Graphene coated car so it should’ve come clean quickly and easily.
