My car was returned to me with structural damage to the tailgate that will be extremely expensive for me to fix. Upon pick, someone hid it underneath the soft top cover. I had to immediately drive to work following pick up, so I didn’t find out until the next day. My car was not in this condition when I dropped it off. The back of the car doesn’t even close properly now. Very unprofessional them to try to hide it when I picked up the car and I’m pretty devastated.

When I scheduled my wife's car to be detailed, I thought the mess my youngest son made was surely not going to come off. But I was so mistaken. This by far was the best cleaning, and was worth every penny. Before I left, they came to me asking if everything was to my satisfaction. All I could say was WOW! Extreme Clean is a professional business that did a good job on my car. I drive a 2014 Nissan Altima with 43,000 miles on it and right now it looks brand new. The workers did a good job in making sure that my car stays new with the wash they did on it. The owner, Katrina Small and Mike made sure that I got professional service and I could not be happy with the experience I had. I'm here for our third full interior detail. The prices are more than fair. Previously, they helped restore the mom-mobile after a trip hauling lumber around the city. This time we are in after another trip hauling wood, a carpool to a blueberry farm, and our littlest dumping half a slurpee plus the remainder of his popcorn after I had to slam on the brakes driving through construction traffic. (Seriously, Eugene, blinkers are a thing and just because you need to merge you do not need to gun it into traffic, ok??) Seriously, one of my carpool riders could not believe I hadn't just hauled an entire chicken coop, with chickens, across the country. Like, she kept finding new ways to describe the inside of my car as it related to a barnyard for the entirety of the 40 minute drive. It was mortifying. We had to pay a little more than the special we were quoted but honestly it was more than fair. Our appointment was at 9am and we were quoted a pickup time of 4pm, so do plan on this being a full-day event. Luckily there is an EMX stop closeby and plenty to check out in the neighborhood if you are inclined to wait...or if your car is at less-apocalyptic levels of mess. I bought my car and it had a large stain on the back the seat. The dealership did their own detail and couldn’t remove the stain. So I decided to bring my car to Extreme Clean with my fingers crossed they could at least make it look a little better. To my surprise they removed the stain a 100%! I will now be a forever customer of theirs and send my friends/family to them!

I took my ‘06 Tahoe in to get detailed and headlights restored. They did a great job getting some of the mold spots in it because it sat for a bit. The headlight restoration was mediocre at best, and there was a lot of details that did not get clean(see photos). I just feel for $400 the level of cleaning detail would have been better. In my opinion if you cannot get the headlights to restore due to the inside, don’t charge a customer for a service you are unable to provide. **Update**: Got a hold of Mike at Extreme Clean and he is having me bring it back in on Tuesday to take care of what was missed free of charge and give me a lift back to my home. Will modify rating and post another update upon completion and inspection. **Update** Upon further investigation, Mike was not given the correct information from the person dropping off my vehicle. His team did a great job with the info they had and Mike even had me bring it back down and did some of the things I wanted done free of charge. Mike remained respectful and professional through the whole thing, even though the error was not on his or his teams, behalf. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Mike!

Extreme Clear did a through job and they were also able to remove rubbed in dirt from the headline. I am extremely happy with the interior detail of my Forester. It looks brand new!

Overall experience was good. They were able to schedule us for next day service, my old car is pretty beat up, had seat stains from growing kids eating snacks, spilling drinks and hadn’t been vacuumed in ages. After the detail clean, the interior and exterior looks much better! Editing to add…husband looked at it and said “they killed it!” And my son is super happy to have a clean new to him car. After shopping around Salem, Corvallis, and Eugene I thought I had really come across a winner with Extreme Clean Auto Detail. Well, I was dead wrong. I thought nothing of their pricing. Still competitive but on the higher end, just assumed it meant better service. Well, $380 later I was left with permanently stained side trim from carelessly splashed tire shine, and a car wash that I could’ve done with my backyard hose. Attempted to buff out the shine with Meguiar’s, then, upon taking it to another shop who would ACTUALLY detail it, they informed me the damage was permanent and all I could likely do was reapply Meguiar’s every month to mask the PERMANENT DAMAGE or repaint all my trim. Unbelievable. When we came to pick up our vehicle I wish I would’ve spoken up sooner when the employee at Extreme Clean told me the car was dirty because of “debris from the factory next door”. Booking my appointment with one of the owners, Trina, she was very friendly and confident in their level of service, so it just made the complete failure of an experience that more demoralizing. Engine bay cleaning was fine, interior was a 5/10, and exterior detail was really them just destroying my car. Unless they commit to changing their process, don’t come here for a detail at all.

They did a fantastic job on my 20 year old Honda that I was passing on to a family member. Lots of coffee stained carpeting was completely cleared and looked like new when they were done. Highly recommend. I used their interior car detailing service only. Very reasonably priced (compared to other places I called) and convenient location and good availability of appointments. My family member was impressed with what looked like a new car.

The owner was very nice and accommodating with pickup time. However, I do not feel the price was worth that quality of what was received. I paid $280 for a “deep interior clean with pet hair” and “exterior wash”. There was still a decent amount of pet hair left, windows not cleaned inside, dirt on seats not removed, dirt and water spots on the external of the car. All items left uncleaned took me 15 minutes to fix so they weren’t unremovable stains.
