Went for a car wash payed the premium price expecting the quality of service to match. There was still debris and dust all over the car rugs after I payed for a vacuum. I had to go back home and clean it up myself. Why do I have to fix their mistake when I payed for this to be done. I am truly fed up with the lack of quality of businesses in Staten Island. They can’t even get a car wash done right. Scratches all over my exterior windows because they use the same cloth for each car and carry the same gunk from one Car to the other. They spray some unknown liquid on my leather seats and windows. Leather seats cannot have any product on them or else it will damage it. Only warm water and cloth with clean up any mess on leather. They should know this. But they don’t care. Haven’t you noticed how they handle your car when drying now. It’s fast they have zero attention to detail just rush you out of there. Because they don’t know or care how to provide quality service. I should get a refund for that waste of my money and time. Never again.

I never ever go to a car wash I do it myself. I got caught in a bind and needed one quick so I went to exquisite thinking it’s probably the best on the island and I was severely disappointed. So much that I think it may be one of the worst. 35$ I only wanted the outside done because the less you touch my truck the happier I am. First they take a “brush” to the car that’s basically a broom and then use the dirtiest rags to hand wash. The reason to go to a hand wash instead of an auto is for dirt managment because you don’t want the filth from another vehicle scratching your paint. They didn’t even foam the car which is the bare minimum. Will never ever recommend this place or go back.

This place is just terrible these days, the tell me I'm done while there is still water dripping down the back of my truck, running boards are still dirty, finger prints on the touchscreen, pollen on the dash. I wasn't looking for a detailing but I paid for their super deluxe wash and those items are standard.

Never again. I was a long time customer of this car wash. The employees were good people, they did right by me and I always did right by them. HOWEVER, I would never and will never do business with an owner who treats a customer as second class. Being told “there is nothing I can do” is not good business practice. There are plenty of other places to get your car wash. I recommend going anywhere else before supporting the business of someone who couldn’t care less about the people that patronize his establishment. Very bad ownership.

I’m noticing that the quality of the work has diminished recently. I paid for the works that comes out too $38 and change with taxes. I’m see rims are filthy, was told to see manager. I show the manager and he states : “the machine isn’t perfect, if you want perfect do the hand wash”. Not exactly an answer I want to hear. He then tells a worker to clean them up. Worker did the best he could. I then look around the car and see it’s not clean. I go in and tell the young lady at the register, I tell her what the manager says to me and she asked if I wanted to text the owner. Well I don’t know if I will continue to use their services after today. For $40 I’ll try someone with less attitude with customers. This is no reflection on the owner whom has done right by me in the past. I would post a few pics but it doesn’t allow me too.

My favorite car wash. At exquisite they take their time and leave the car looking spotless. Nice inside and so clean!!!! Friendly and caring staff who is always willing to help. Great car wash and does excellent details.

Just left there. Got the Works. $40 later the worst car wash I've been to at that price point I had had blue dots all over the side of my car. My rear view mirror was not cleaned. My inside windshield was not cleaned. My my radio screen was not wiped my door jams were not cleaned. Also there was a black scuff on my driver's door. When I went in it was still there when I came out. Took me one second to wipe off with a damp towel. Unbelievable. How horrible this car wash was I will be going to hylan boulevard going forward. I just tried this one because I was over there. Never again beware I will be contacting my credit card to do adjustment on the price. I don't think this was worth more than $18 but I'll pay them $25. I'm going to call my credit card now. On hylan boulevard I pay $35 and they do a 15-minute deep wax and everything else. And oh my God what a job. Even at the $25 choice price the car came cleaner than this car did at this so-called car wash. Beware you would think in this area they would do a better job. They're only charging you because of the area and they're doing a subpar job.

This auto spa is fantastic and the service provided is always top notch. I am very picky at who details or handwashes my vehicle. Exquisite is one of my go to auto spa's, The owner is a nice guy and very knowledgeable and friendly. The crew are very good at what they do. I recommend this auto spa.

Doesn’t make sense to pay the $39 for full service wash including the seats and door panels. It’s all the same. Windows not touched, shit vacuum job, the seats just wiped, sticky soda drops still sticky lol, the door panels also just wiped, I figured if pay for the most expensive service I’ll get it done somewhat good. Try a different place, this place is not good.

I did like their services with a few misses here and there until today. Like not wiping the air vents or not getting all the crumbs from the stitching of the seats was some what acceptable. But today I paid for the Ultimate service and I think I got basic. Huge shoes prints were on the back seat not removed. I did pay $29 (w/tax) to still drive off with shoe stains on leather, really? I don't think I should have to inspect the car before I drive off. The guys need to do a thorough job so I would continue being their returning customer.

Took my wife’s new Infinity in for its first wash ever. I opted for the hand wash $35 exterior only service. They did a great job. The car looked like it did in the show room two months ago. Great job fellas. I’ll be bringing in with my truck shortly.

I came to the car wash hoping to get a good, thorough cleaning of the interior of my car. Even though they cleaned the steering wheel, carpet, and cup holders, they left the dash and the doors dirty. Not worth the price
