took a new car there, I felt like they did a pretty good job didn't notice until the next day there was a handful of new scratches all over my car. Spoke with the owner to advise him but he said it probably didn't happen there.

They broke my ac vent on my wife's 535i, Bob had agreed to go half with me for the part but he said he wanted to install it for me after I bought the part, after I got him my estimate for the installation for $90 to install he got upset and said he wasn't sure that they even broke the part. I said, never mind, I'll just pay for everything and walked away . To his credit, when he washed my wife's car the first time, he did a great job but when his guys wash, you don't know what you're going to get, therefore, I will never do business here again.

Owner was so rude and disrespectful I don’t recommend this place to anyone at all in El Paso MISTER CAR WASH HAS EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EMPLOYEES!! This place needs to be reevaluated and DEFINITELY a new owner there was no reason for him to be so unprofessional especially when EP is such a loving city! I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE‼️ Response to owner : This is indeed not false SIR! You have no dignity and are very rude! Please do not take your business here! There are several places that will gladly do a great job and treat you kindly!‼️‼️

Have to say this place did a great job on my truck. Very detailed inside and out. Only took them 30 minutes for the size if truck that I have. Price is also very reasonable. Definitely will be bringing my other vehicles to get cleaned here.

I've always received good service from these guys. Yeah I have to pay a little bit more. But come on! I have a big dually truck. I ask them to pay extra attention to the chrome and windows. Never have i left there unhappy. I plan to visit them today to get my truckasaurus washed . Hopefully they will be open for business today.

I hands down love this place... I'm here for a short time and have been pleased with every wash they have provided me... Bob is fantastic.. His employees are great as well.. They always say hi... My vehicle looks great and always smells great when they are done with it. I'm one happy customer.. If I ever come back to El Paso, this is the place I will go too, as long as Bob owns it. And let me add one more thing, the price they charge is very reasonable.

Definitely prepare to pay 15.00 for a hand car wash if your in a car 🚗 compared to SUVs. If you want to have the wheels detailed too that goes up to 30.00.

Excellent customer service. Explain services and expectations of them. Owner and employees were very nice. Affordable prices! I definitely recommend. I had a f150 extended cab with LOTS of dog hair in it. They did great!!!

Oct 10 2024, Becarefull with this car wash, they crack my winshield, and now they are telling me that they are not responsible, they don't have insurance either to cover any damage to customers vehicles. Make sure your vehicle is in the same way you give it to them before cleaning.

The car detail is not really the best I’ve gotten on my car but it’s not the worse. However the owner/manager idk exactly what is very rude to his workers it was sad to hear/see. I won’t be supporting this place anymore. *this is a review for the detail service on edgemere by churches chicken. Most of the pictures do not match it but the address and name does*

This is a hands on car/truck and RV wash so be prepared to tip. The owner Bob is fantastic, very nice, personable and accommodating. When I arrived, the pipes had frozen and Bob was very apologetic. He gave me his cell number and asked that I call him to later. My sign truck was filthy but the next day his crew made it sparkle and all for $40 plus tip. Well worth it and I highly recommend Express Car Wash.

I had my vehicle washed at Express Car Wash. Starting with the owner, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. It’s a hand car wash, they were busy, I was in a bit of a rush, so I thought I might have to wait, but surprisingly they were done in less than an hour. The owner kept me updated as to the progress of my vehicle. I was very impressed with the attention he gave me and other customers who were also waiting. I had a great experience. My car looked beautiful . They did an amazing job. Excellent deal for what you pay!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves a great hand wash and a great deal!!! Definitely a 5 star experience!!!

Went there for here this early morning and was very pleased with the timing the car wash was done. My truck came out looking great. All I went for was a hand wash no interior cleaning. I was very pleased with the quality, timing and attention to detail for the price. Very reasonable for a hand wash, well worth it. I recommend giving them a try if you just need an exterior wash. I’m sure they do a good inside cleaning as well I just didn’t get one. Great job keep up the good work.

I had a bad experience at Express Car Wash. The owner was completely focused on his business rather than customer satisfaction, immediately stating he would charge me $10 extra because of mud. When I tried to inquire about deals or package promotions, I was dismissed, and even laughed at. Despite there being 45 minutes until closing, the owner seemed to have a sense of urgency and practically pushed me out, saying 'the exit is that way,' instead of discussing options. The high price and poor treatment make me deeply regret my visit.
