I was struggling to get my car clean since I’ve been on a few road trips since the last time I washed it and it was disgusting. The man working there was nice enough to give me a couple minutes of free time. It was cheap and everything worked great!

09-Apr - Dropping two finals stars as the air fryer units are no longer warning. Will not be back. Original - Dropping two stars for two issues that really suprised me. 1. They don't have credit card readers (we're in the 21st century team, need credit card readers with touchless payment technology) & 2 they don't have spot free water to clean the car off as the last step.

I do not like the car wash respond to existing clients . It look like always is the client mistake how they do it. Sir in normal car wash there never a problems at all. You are the main problem and you attitude.

Used to go to this car wash weekly. I had several situations when the transaction goes through but the machine doesn’t work. I called the number provided on google the first time but this second time the girl on the phone was extremely rude. Treated me like I’m stupid and like I’m the problem. She didn’t even try to make a solution. The worst and most unprofessional business. Take your money else where.

Seems like this place is hit or miss, but my experience was great. Everything in the wash bay seemed to work just fine, great water pressure. My car didn't have the best finish after giving it a full wash but for $6 I call it a good deal.

I've used it before and the wash is okay. But there is no one there to attend customers in case of issues with the automated system. I paid $10 for a wash but the machine didn't work.There are no VALID phone numbers posted to reach anyone in charge. Only one phone number on the wall inside the machine area, properly hidden from plain view. That number has been disconnected. Bottom line I was ripped off.

on Sunday, I paid cash $6 for a wash and the green light was on. I pull up and nothing. I thought maybe I pulled up to fast. I put my credit card to get a wash $6 and it stoled my money $ 12 and no wash!! I called the telephone number many times including today 9:36am and no never answered at all. They don't even have a number posted at the location either.

I’ve been to Express Car Wash many times. Twice when I’ve paid the automated car wash never started. The car wash isn’t staffed and the telephone number on Google Maps doesn’t work. There is a number printed on the change machine, but the owner doesn’t speak English. I had no way to communicate the issue or get a refund. This is regrettable and the owner pocketed the revenue from the car wash and no service was performed. She should have some available or someone on-site when there are technical issues with the car wash. Avoid this place if you don’t want to get the service you paid for.

This is the best car wash in the area so far, and I think it will remain the best for long! Not only it is cheap, you get 4.5 minutes of best possible presured foam and clean water for as low as just 2 dollars, but also super nice owners, who are helpful in any situation you can face there (if they are on site). They have an amazing tip, if you buy coins in bulk, you get 10% discount. I have 2 cars and work nearby, so I wash each of my cars at least once a week. I bought 22 coins for $20 and usually do a simple foam-rinse cycle (just $2) plus $1 for vacuum ($1=2.5 minutes) and that's pretty much enough! $3 car wash is an amazing deal! Highly recommend this place!

Arrived here late night for a car wash as it's one of the only nearby 24 hour washes. Manual wash only takes cash for tokens, no card. Boo. Auto car wash accepts card.

I recently discovered this place and like it. I am also a dog walker and I did not notice until just the last time. I was there that they have a pet washing station in there. Also this is fantastic. The car wash drive-through part is OK that’s what I use prices decent

The soap brush seems possessed. It’s spews soap non stop at an alarming rate. It’s laughable, lol. They should probably fix that. No attendant - 2 of the 3 car wash coins I bought worked. The last one didn’t work no matter how many times I put it in. Otherwise it does the job. Very entertained.

(review based on expectations...I wasn't expecting much) Carwash in RwC Mexican area is $9-$13 for the drive-thru. It's past Hometown Noodle on the left a bit down towards Costco. Left turn lane off of Middlefield to Dumbarton Ave makes it an easy entrance. They have hand wash stalls as well. Nothing special but the car looks better. Swipe a card just before pulling in (swipe only, no chip or tap or Apple/Google Pay). I think it's a rare find, a gem if you will. This is our new go-to when the cars get a little ugly!

Most of the wash functions didn't work. No soap in the high pressure wash. Very little pressure from the wash wand. Dryer not working. Pre rinse not working. Cash only. Save your time and money and look for another option.
