I got off work and I always go to the Chevron at Menlo Park on Willow Rd near FaceBook to get my coffee and food but today I choose to come to this chevron and the sales person was on his phone and and the food place was empty. I ask him if hibcan help me but he seems to be really concentrating on the phone he didn’t hear me so I called his name and he just say “what you need?” as if he didn’t care. I work in customer service and I do understand the reputations of Gad stations aren’t the best but the one in Menlo Park they show that they are aware you are there. It’s sad people don’t take there job serious and are aware that other people who get off of work to get coffee would like for the sales person to make it easier for us and not to be after them to get what we want. I think his name was Santosh. Bad service from this person, I understand not all the employees are like him so I will continue my business w them just bc I like Chevron.

Literally 1 hour wait for the car wash, no exaggeration. Machine keeps breaking down and attendant comes out and barely speaks English. NEVER GET THE CAR WASH HERE.

Terrible car wash. No refund. I had bird poop on the roof, and it moistened it for $13. Now I have a moistly poopy car.

Attendant refused to open the air and water station between 5:00pm and 6:00pm. Station is indeed working as I see cars coming in and out. By law, you need to provide this.

No longer a touchless carwash. No indiciation of the car wash changing. Staff is not helpful as everything requires a manager who is never there.

They won’t accept a $100 dollar bill because it had a stamp on it ( I pretty sure the one i give him wasn’t stamp) so I went to the chevron in Woodside the an fill my tank without a problem. Never going back to the chevron on Veterans bad customer service 👎🏻 . The car wash is always out of service

I came her to add air to my front tires. For some reason I couldn't get the air pump over my tire gauge properly. I went inside where there was seven (7) attendants standing around (1 at the register). After explaining what I experienced I asked if someone could TELL me what I was doing incorrectly. They all said, "no ma'am we don't know". I'm shocked! Why have attendants if they don't know what to do? Thankfully a nice gentleman heard my distress and offered to help.

I pressed no touch for the car wash and still used the brushes. Still did a horrible job at washing the car. Vacuum not working and neither is the air machine. Last time I'm coming here!

Super expensive car wash that takes forever but works well. Total worth the price. ****Wait time is 10 minutes per car so it may take thirty minutes or more if there is a line.

Left my wallet that had all my credit cards, insured ID cards, cash? Drivers license. Phone the first time and employee spoke no English. Called the next morning and they denied having my wallet.

I used to go there for gas , lottery tickets , buy refreshments and snacks. Once I pump my gas, I try to wash my hands I realize their both restrooms are closed. I ask them may I use their restroom to wash my hands. They said NO. Their restrooms are close at all times!!!

Been in line for over 30 mins for a carwash. Still 3 back. So far an employee has had to come out and reset it twice. My kid is hungry and if I could get out of here and get a refund I would gladly go. This is beyond anything I've ever seen at an automatic car wash. NEVER COMING BACK.

I am here at the Chevron at 990 and I’ve been trying to use the restroom for about 45 minutes and she’s denying for me to use the restroom because something is backed up. You can go. Celina denied me access for restroom!

Car wash broke down on us after the foam cycle. The older man working at this location was rude to us and had us wait for more than 20 minutes before he was able to help us. After they fixed the car wash he gave us the wrong wash that we paid for and didn’t get our money’s worth.

I've been in line for the car wash for 30 minutes, and 2 cars have completed their washes. Trapped in the line. The wash options are also incredibly expensive. Don't make my mistake! Sure hope I get out of here tonight... UPDATE: car wash broke down when I finally got.to 2nd in line. Avoid like place like the plague

Beware - I only go here for the touchless car wash. Regardless if the machine works or not, if your car gets wet the guy behind the counter will say it's washed and you got your money's worth. Usually if the machine breaks, the afternoon guy gives me a code to use again once it is repaired. This time the high pressure line to the power washer sprayers had a massive leak.

Car wash doesn’t clean like it’s supposed to. I went back in after the car wash to let them know that the car is still dirty- lady at the counter with the last name Chang, pretty much accused that I never went through the car wash! Horrible customer service. Please don’t buy a car wash here.

Bruh, I literally spent 20 bucks on the expensive car wash. There was still gunk residue leftover. Just to exit to a dirty car still. I would really love a refund. I was not content with the wash. I had to go hand wash it myself because of how bad the job was. Was there today 6/20/25 at approximately 5:00 pm. 👎 not cool, bruh. I just want my refund white Honda Accord Sport. Was never refunded lame

I had exceptional service from Celina Ruano. My phone had died and I needed navigation to get home, but I didn’t have a charger in my car. She was so kind to offer to charge it for me. I have attempted to use this car wash on multiple occasions and have paid between $12–$20, only to be informed upon arrival that the staff is on break. Despite not receiving any service, I was denied a refund and received no assistance. Based on my repeated experiences, I believe the business practices at this location are misleading and potentially fraudulent. I strongly advise others to use caution before paying for services here. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacting local authorities to determine what actions can be taken. This is the second time this issue has occurred at this location.
