THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. A BLACK GUY JUST SPRAYED A WATER WITH A CHEMICALS ON ME AND INSIDE THE CAR BECAUSE I ASK HIM FOR AN Air freshener, he said you better say what you want first, I told him you have an attitude and rude then he sprayed me in the eye!!! I CALLED THE POLICE ON HIM AND HE’S NOW TALKING TO HIM. I WANNA CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP RIGHT NOW AND REFUND MY MONEY BACK!!

This is a great car wash so far all the employees have been friendly. The car wash property itself has been kept up nice and is always clean with no floating garbage . Me, personally, I do not think the employees should be standing in front of the cars directing them onto the car wash track,p that's a tragedy waiting to happen. They could use something like a pole to direct people onto the track. Nice thing about this car wash is it does not have rails, so if you have low profile tires, they are protected. I used to use Jet Brite , a lower-priced car wash, but this place is a lot closer, and because we got the introduction first, customers' pricing we could not go wrong. For me personally, the regular price that was offered a month was $21,[ a year ago, not sure what it is now] is a bit too high even the generic car wash was higher than average. So far, going in and out on Route 53 isn't too tough. The vacuums work great, they have the smaller tapered nozzles so that you can get in between the seats and cracks and crevices and are powerful enough that I use them to get the leaves from under my hood and to suck the drain holes clear in my doors. My car comes out clean every time, and the dryers do a pretty good job that I don't always dry my car. I do think the car wash should cut the island shorter on the right where you exit the car wash, then turn right to get to the vacuums to make maneuvering a little bit easier. There is no reason for that island to jut out so far from the building unless the village deems it necessary. The only trouble I've had while being there as a member is that the plate reader is not reading specialty plates, so I ended up having to get a sticker to put on my windshield, some people might not appreciate a sticker. Maybe their prices will come down more because there is a new car wash slated, per rumor, to be opened near 63rd and Belmont indeed Downers Grove Woodridge area.

Decent service but shady practices. They refused to cancel despite requesting cancellation days before the next charge. Alina refused to confirm.

This place is a joke. I was such a big fan until their excuse for not paying for the damage that their wash caused to my car is because it’s an aftermarket spoiler even though I was there a couple times before and requested the top roller be turned off to not damage my spoiler the third time they had zero cares in the world to respect my request. After proving I did everything I should have to have the top rollers turned off and they failed to turn them off they refuse to fix my spoiler because it’s aftermarket. Taking zero accountability for their employees not honoring my request of no top rollers. Telling me I should of told the guy running the wash because having a lengthy conversation at the window with Alex about no top rollers Drew can careless on the part they played in damaging my car and think three free months of washes will fix the issue of water not getting into my trunk because the spoiler was almost ripped of my trunk.

I came on a Friday night at 7 PM, the only employee working was a young man named Danny. He was amazing although I had a lot of questions regarding the membership promotion, he was able to answer them all with patience and accuracy. Danny deserves a raise! I will definitely be returning!

After the car wash the car was left with several pieces of mud stuck to the car. The whole bottom half of the car door was left untouched. Very unsatisfied with the wash I received.

I am experiencing an issue with unauthorized charges for one of my cars, which I no longer own, dating back to March. After reporting the issue, I was assured that a refund would be processed, but unfortunately, the refunds were not executed correctly and did not go through. For the past four weeks, I have been visiting the location twice a week to request management assistance in resolving this matter. The lack of resolution is unacceptable. I suggest reviewing your bank statements. It is disturbing that they continued to charge me since March for a vehicle I no longer own, despite cancelling my wash membership in March with management, and I still have not received a refund. This is unacceptable.

Great car wash! Affordable (especially in comparison to other places nearby), free vacuums/air jets/everything you need. Try to catch their BOGO deal if you can, and they'll give you lots of freebies!

Update: after my review went out, a week later or so I got a response. And I am satisfied with the solution they offered. The tire cleaner is still hit or miss but has worked since getting contacted (just not every time). I’ve also had my mirrors bent back twice now so I think it’s the position the car is in on the belt but it does tell you to fold them in so that’s me being lazy. Workers are still very nice! Original review: Most of the young guys working here are so nice! I haven’t had any issues with it damaging my car but I pay for the highest price membership and the tire cleaner hasn’t worked for at least the last 6 months. I went in and talked to the workers and they, again, are so nice and I don’t blame them but they couldn’t really do anything for me. They said they’d talk to a manager (or whoever). I’ve filled out the contact form twice and emailed the email address I’ve seen here in their comments (today) and I’m still waiting for a response.

I am excited that this carwash is NOW open! I checked it out for the first time yesterday. The staff was super friendly; the car wash went smoothly (and my car looked great). I appreciated all the spots they had available for the self-service vacuums after the wash (and good spacing between the parking spots in this area). Highly recommend!

I purchased my new car on Friday 1.26.2024 from the Dealer. On Saturday (2.3.2024), I took it for it's 1st car wash to Everclean located at Route 53 and Hobson Rd. Once my car was on the belt and moving forward, the violent spinning flaps knocked my passenger side mirror off to the point where the back cover was hanging by two wires which control the lane sensor. Once my car exited the wash, I parked it and notified the kid that was on duty. He had me complete an incident report and also took pictures of my mirror. There were no signs out at the time of my entering the wash stating that side mirrors need to be folded in nor did the kid that was guiding me in advise me to do so. I went to the body shop and received an estimate for the repairs. It came to $1,057 due to the fact the machine broke off the brackets that hold the cover in place and the LED lights for the turning signal are misaligned now. I dropped off the estimate yesterday. I was later contacted by Alex (the Manager) who said he would review the tapes and get back to me. He just left me a voice message this afternoon informing me the kid loaded me on the belt correctly (though he did not advise me to fold in my mirror) and that they are not going to cover the damages their violent machine caused to my brand new car. He then offered me 2 free months of their Premium Package (as if I would EVER let them touch my car again). They need to fix my brand new car their machine broke is what they need to do.

I started a membership right after I bought a brand new car. It was good until it was not. After a year of washing my black car about once a week I have white lines and scrathes all over the front of the vehicle. I do not even know if it possible to fix that... cancelling my membership right now. This is definetly not for dark paint vehicles. Would not advice it at all, it damages the paint and leaves scratches over time. The other thing - it does not wash bugs at all.

I took my car for basic wash on 6/21/24 and this car wash cracked my windshield. When I told the staff they said they'd get back to me in 2 days. It's been one week and they finally called to let me know the crack was from "high temperatures and cold water used in the machine" despite the claim I filed clearly stating that both my passenger and I watched the front roller lift my windshield wiper abruptly and slam it back onto the glass causing this crack. They are now "sending my claim up the chain", and I'm sure it will be another week before they avoid taking accountability for their machine's error. The least they could do is give my five dollars for the wash back, but they should be fully reimbursing me for this windshield. STAY AWAY.

I got there around 10 a.m. Getting in was easy since it wasn't busy, but BEWARE with your cars! Mine ended up with the side mirrors bent out, the front plate bent, and the rear wiper completely missing, so the glass was left dirty. Not safe at all.

This was my first time coming to this car wash. I arrived very soon after opening and got in very quickly. The service cashier was very polite and pleasant. I’d bring towels next time to dry off the excess water especially in the doors.

Please stop pushing memberships when someone clearly asks for a single wash. I pulled up today, said “Just a single wash, thanks,” and handed over my credit card. About 15–20 seconds later, the employee still asked, “What membership did you want?” You’re a great place to get the winter salt off the car, but that’s really where the experience ends. The auto‑dryers don’t perform well, and I left today with a clean but still wet car that looked like it had just been through a rain shower.

I love that they give you free dash wipes and air fresheners. You typically can find a buy 1 get 1 which is amazing. They don't have people there to dry your car after (which I prefer). Overall this is the only place I will come for a wash!
