Trashed the rubber and plastic trim on my mother's car with what I believe was a high speed buffer. A lot of damage. Said that they would address it, then gave nothing but excuses. Turned it over to insurance company.

I give this place zero stars. They treat their employees like dogs and drive their customers vehicles like they are race cars. I've seen them taking up both lanes on the road and either playing with their cell phone or tablet while driving a customers car from their home back to the shop to do whatever needs done then back to three customers home. Don't let these people have your vehicle.

The owner of this business wrecked my vehicle on his property while cleaning it and caused nearly $7,000 in damage. Forgot to put my vehicle in park and it rolled into another vehicle on his property. Claimed he would pay for it and gave me the run around for over two weeks. I had been using him for years and years so your business means nothing to him. Buyer beware this guy is a scam! Oh and never could come up with his insurance info or show proof of insurance - never did what we agreed upon after multiple meetings and talking on the phone. Long story short I had to file on my insurance. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

We brought our family van in for a full detail. This van has been neglected and to say you can tell we have children is an understatement. Not only did the van look great, but they stayed late to make sure they got it done same day. Very kind and courteous, especially at 830pm on a Friday. I know they were tired and ready to go home, and we really appreciate your hard work! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

They did a good job. I'm sensitive to chemicals so I provided my own OnGuard cleaner concentrate diluted for them to use on the interior. I had alot of mildew on the outside due to trees near where I park. I pointed out it was even in the hatchback door jam & gas tank door. They addressed all of that & my car is looking like new. Wheels cleaned & polished. Looks great!

Had my vehicle “detailed” if that’s what you want to call it. They did a excellent job last time but this time my wheels where not even washed they used a spray so there was still dirt on the wheels and wheel wells. Interior was shampooed however the trunk was not.they took dirty floor mats out of my trunk and threw them back in after they vacuumed. Sounds pointless to me! In a nutshell not worth $169.95! Definitely regret not taking pictures. I won’t be back.
