I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the car wash service provided by the manager. My recent experience at this establishment left me with a scratched windshield and an encounter with a remarkably rude manager. Today, I brought my car for what I expected to be a routine car wash. However, upon inspecting my vehicle after the service, I was appalled to discover a noticeable scratch on the windshield. It was evident that this damage was a direct result of the car wash process. To add insult to injury, when I approached the manager to discuss the issue, their behavior was nothing short of appalling, he started blaming my husband and etc, Instead of showing concern and offering a resolution, the manager displayed a complete lack of professionalism and rudeness. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to take responsibility for the damage further compounded my frustration and disappointment. As a loyal customer who has frequented various car washes in the past, I have always placed my trust in establishments to handle my vehicle with the utmost care and respect. Unfortunately, my experience here today has shattered that trust entirely. I believe it is the responsibility of any reputable car wash to acknowledge and rectify any damage caused to a customer's vehicle while under their care. Moreover, customers should be treated with respect and understanding when raising concerns. Regrettably, this car wash service failed to meet these basic expectations. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering this place for their car wash needs. The quality of service is subpar, and the lack of professionalism displayed by the manager is inexcusable. In light of this disappointing experience, I urge the management to take immediate action. I recommend reevaluating their training protocols to ensure that all staff, including the manager, understand the importance of customer service and professionalism. My hope is that by sharing my experience, other potential customers will be forewarned and spared the frustration and inconvenience I have endured. It is my sincerest wish that car wash service takes these concerns seriously and works towards rectifying their service quality and managerial behavior. I would advise any dissatisfied customers to voice their concerns and demand accountability. We deserve better treatment as paying customers. I, for one, will be seeking alternative car wash options in the future, and I strongly encourage others to do the same.

They charge alot but not really graet at cleaning it they push thru cars fast not putting car into it leaving dirty spots or dirt on side or hood with out trying to whip it out or spray something to clean it they just whip of the water and send u on ur way 55 dollars for a 20 dollars wash

As a loyal customer who has utilized this car wash services on numerous occasions, I have always trusted this establishment to handle my vehicle with the utmost care. Unfortunately, this incident has left me greatly dissatisfied and concerned about the quality of service provided by team. I believe it is essential for a car wash to take responsibility for any damage caused to a customer's vehicle while under their care. I expected a professional establishment to exercise caution and employ trained staff who can handle vehicles with precision and attention to detail. Regrettably, this does not appear to have been the case in my situation. I would like to emphasize that the scratch on my windshield was not present prior to the car wash, as I regularly inspect and maintain my vehicle's condition. Therefore, it is evident that the damage occurred during the service provided by car wash. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it is crucial for this establishment who trusts this car wash. The manager said we have sign and we are not responsible for this kind of cases, also he called my situation stupid, called me lier and I’m playing games with him, while though I was polite and calm.

I’ve been coming here for a while and I have to say that it was a bad service. The workers are nice but did a real sloppy job with me car. Whatever rag they use, making the car smell like a wet dog and also whatever they used on my windshield and glass was oily and sticky. The interior was also left with the oily substance. I had finish cleaning when I got home and also my interior was very oily. Really not happy the way this turn out. Especially that fact I paid for the blue option which is the most expensive one. Also the carpet was still dirty and had crumbs on it. The only reason I don’t give it 1 star is because the staff is friendly. Definitely won’t be coming here again.

The owner was really nice and took my car. I explained everything I want to him. The next day when I came , the Spanish guy at the front desk was very unprofessional and rude and he called me ( you people) . He was extremely rude and unprofessional. The car was done properly and he called me dirty. I paid 150$ to get my car clean.

I pulled up 40 mins before closing asking for some spot shampooing since my friend vomitted over the corner of the backseat (left a horrid smell). This was the last shop I was checking after getting a few no’s from other car washes already. The boss agreed to do it for me and even threw in a free car freshener. Thanks for saving the car

They usually do a good job but I just noticed they charged me more then what I was suppose to get charged , it says it’s 37$ for white package for a sedan but they charged me 50$& I have a Honda accord

It was too good to be true. I have to remember that. I haven’t patronized this car wash in years due to the very long lines. Today, when I drove by I noticed no line. My car wasn’t filthy but I figured I’d seize the opportunity. I said to myself “This must be my lucky day…” so I pulled in and told the guy I just want the exterior but NO Armor All on the tires. I then went inside and paid. Came out and saw they were just about done so I went back in to use the bathroom. I came out and tipped the guy (generously) who told me my car was ready. Drove home, pulled into my driveway and got out to see my car needed another wash. I haven’t seen any of my cars come out of car wash looking like this unless it was caked with road salt and I had to run it through again. Like I mentioned earlier, my car wasn’t filthy thats why I didn’t give a second look to think about another run through. NEVER again will I get my car washed at Never Ride Stock/Empire Hand Carwash. Maybe that’s why there was no line. Quality of service tanked. It was too good to be true.

Paid for the $50 package and didn’t get what I paid for. They seemed more focused on washing another car for someone they knew than on the rest of the cars. Should’ve just gone to the other car wash across the street.
