Elite did a great job on my Ford fusion,it looks brand new and he beats others in price by far. Thank you very much. Went a second time and was once again treated with respect and my car looks new again! Thank you Arnold. I seen reviews here that are not true and trying to ruin someone else's reputation who works hard and does a lot for veterans and police and fireman is sad. Missy and Arnold are very great people. People need to apologize and look at themselves first.

Unfortunately had poor service and experience here. Would not recommend nor go back to. First time getting detail service, makes me hesitant to try again. Website isnt up date. Called for deluxe interior cleaning. Was charged $230 for essential basic vacuuming and upholstry washing service. Sub par at that. Noticed when I brought the car home he missed a pile of obvious pellets behind my 3rd row. Said he would take care of it at a later date along with fixing my headliner (went out of his way to say he could assist with). I was patient between my call backs, but clearly been brushed off. Incredible lack of "detail" for someone in the business. My fault for not immediately upon notice declining to pay and expect a better job. If you go to him, make sure expectations are on the same page. Otherwise, buy the products from Walmart cheap and do it yourself.

Really great experience having my 2023 Kia Sportage treated to a ceramic coating, after my sister in law had Arnold apply this amazing finish to her new Toyota. I was skeptical until I saw the difference in her vehicle. It’s really stunning, and she was over the moon about how the windshield sheds rain. Pricing is very reasonable and Arnold is wonderful. One of those guys who loves what he does and brings a lot of passion to his work. His dog Bella though….she steals the show.

If you’re looking to get your car detailed this is the guy! Extremely knowledgeable, quality and value! My wife and I have paid hundreds more in the city and not been as pleased as the service I received here. Had him do and exterior and interior cleaning. Took care of the tires and rims as well which always seem to get extremely dirty. Highly recommend!

This was my first time bringing a vehicle to get fully detailed and I’m so glad I brought it here. I was absolutely amazed to see how beautiful my Suburban looked, both inside and out. It hasn’t looked this good since the day I bought it. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here because you certainly won’t be disappointed. The owner genuinely cares about his customers and their vehicles. He also goes above and beyond for the community in so many ways. That right there is some 5-star service, both in the shop and in the community. I will never bring a vehicle anywhere else to get detailed going forward.

Arnold is the man! I brought my 1 year old Tesla in for a 2 year ceramic coating and it came out fantastic! Plus, his price is the lowest around. Arnold was professional, answered all of the questions (which I had a lot of) and also did the first wash post-coating to make sure everything was cured correctly for free! Top notch service... take a look at the photos for proof.

I am very impressed with the quality of workmanship and customer service. I was looking to have my vehicle ceramic coated and Elite Auto Detailing beat others prices by hundreds of dollars! After reading the reviews I booked an appointment and I am very happy with the job they did. I had messed up the black plastic trim by trying to use a popular ceramic trim coat and they were able to correct to problem and didn’t charge me anything extra! My vehicle looks amazing! I highly recommend them for all your auto detailing needs!

Overall, there is a lack of attention to detail My experience with Elite was mediocre. I do feel that some people, such as myself, may be over critical with how "clean" something might be. I'll critique heavily when the cost is justified. The job done wasn't "bad" by any means but when you pay for an expensive package you set a standard for what is acceptable and what isn't... The few images attached are a few examples of dirty sections that I easily wiped clean with my finger. The white marks on the black trim/weather seal is (I'm assuming) ceramic coating that was accidentally put on. Some people might be ok with this while others work very hard for their money and want to feel the money was well spent. In the end, I'll clean these spots up myself and call it a day. Will I return to Elite? No. When you have someone who details your car to your standards, stick with them. This review was written to strictly share my experience after bringing two vehicles for full details int/out with 5 year ceramic coating.
