This place is so great! First of all, they basically hand wash your car before you even go through the carwash. Vacuums are free self serve. While I was vacuuming my car one employee said he didn't think my car had gotten clean enough and offered another pass thru for free! And if that wasn't awesome enough, they gave me the deluxe wash! This is my new go-to place, what great customer service!

Started going here after Mister bought the local Bush car washes. Great change to make. These guys take time to pre rinse your car, they have a monthly pass, and they towel dry your car after. Highly recommend!

I absolutely highly recommend this place. Their vacuum service is free! I was using their free service and accidentally locked my keys in my car! Edgar and Michael were quick to call a locksmith and allowed me to stay in doors when it was extremely hot out. They gave me water, all while still diligently working and closing up the store. Michael even stayed almost an hour and half after they closed to make sure I was safe and was able to get my car unlocked. All of this when I didn’t even get a chance to pay for a car wash! Absolutely stunning employees! As a manager I know how hard it is to find employees who show up let alone go above and beyond making sure their customers are safe! Huge props! My new car wash stop hands down!

I definitely needed a wash and wasn’t near my usual spot. So I went here! Let me tell you!!!! The attention to detail and hands on wash before even rolling my car in. OMGGGG. I pay 20 bucks at my usual spot and my car never gets the care this place gave today. I’m in Pasco and will always drive to Richland from now on. Hands down I was shook just from a car wash. Yall are amazing.

It seems the.expectations or defination of "good carwash" standards in this side of the evergreen state is very very low. I will NEVER go.back here. My car is as dirty as it was when I drove in. Those machines are thr age of noah and moses. Never will I go back there.

They do a pretty good job. The best time to go, though, is earlier in the day; most of the towel dryers use wet towels later (my experience, anyway). It is a good value though, you can get your car washed as often as you want for $20/month and up.

This is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST car wash in all of Tri Cities! They do a great job! They do a prewash with a spray nozzle and a brush. They are on the ball and friendly. They also towel dry your car. They never ask for a tip, but I thankfully give them one. It’s totally obvious the employees are well treated. There are other car washes closer to where we live, but we go to this one as they do a much better job. Thank you Autobahn Express Richland, we appreciate you!

Hands down the best car wash place in town. They take the time to hose down your entire car not just the front. The drying after the wash is a nice touch as well. A lot of car washes did away with that. Love not having water drip down the entire car after the wash.

Finally a good car wash. Guys were great they hand prep and even do a touch up hand drying. In Kennewick all the car washes have become mister car wash and those places blow. Totally recommend this place.

This is a wonderful place to get a great car wash! Nick was wonderful, and I didn't have to worry about my roof racks on my Audi Q7. He also washed off my entire car before the wash, then dried it after the wash. I definitely recommend this place and will be returning. Thank you! +FREE VACCUMES
