I was in the self service bay, next to the owner office and paid my $5.00, when 1st spray rinse my vehicle, I changed to use the soapy brush when I was 1/2 way around my car I felt the handle slipping and noticed there was BLACK GREASE all throughout the handle! I put the greasy brush back on the holder and swiched to the spray nozzle because the time clock was winding down and finished getting soap removed from my car! I told the older man and he said he'll wash the handle. I said I have it all on my hands and couldn't further use it. I said if he can compensate me something for this and he ignored me. I will NEVER use this car wash again.

First time customer. I went to the Elburn car wash to go through the touchless car wash. There is a Person with a bucket and brush that brushed the back of my car which I did not want I did not know this was going to happen. I was by the kiosk where you pay so I could not get out of the car when he pushed the brush I can hear it hit the back of my bumper, the top part of my bumper, and I knew it was going to be scratched because it was so loud sure enough when I got out of my vehicle and checked it out there was a scratched line across the top of my bumper. This is a brand new vehicle. Also, when there is that much salt and dirt on your vehicle, no one should put anything on it because it will make a little tiny scratches in the paint which it did. Also, I am extremely disappointed and pretty pissed off when I go to a touchless car wash there is a reason I go to a touchless car wash. It’s because I don’t want my car touched if this was the case and I wanted a brush against my car and cleaned that way I would go to a regular car wash and not care about my car. This is ridiculous and extremely unacceptable. If you’re wondering if I said anything no I didn’t because they are only going to say well we don’t know if it was there and I would be more angry. I have high anxiety and I cannot deal with it. People get brushed off like this when they make a complaint because they could say well we don’t know if it was there before oh yes, I do know it was not there before. I will not give this car wash my business again and again touchless means touchless not someone going on the back of your car with a dirty brush and dirty water from all the other cars that they just took and smear the salt that is stuck to your brand new vehicle that will scratch your paint.

Hex bolt from the self-service bay fell out of the ceiling and scratched the roof of my car. Told the worker and he shrugged it off. Took the bolt and walked off, no apology or remedy to make things right.
