This car wash is a scam. They tell you one price when you go in and then when your car is done it’s a different price. The price for a car wash on the sign is $12.99. When the car is done they tell you it’s $20 and they won’t let you leave until you pay.

Service was bad in the interiors, plenty of spots remained dirty (get what you pay for). Before visiting the place I called asking three things: 1- do you offer hand wash with wax? 2- how much is it? 3- can I pay using my credit card? Answers I had on the phone: 1- yes, we offer that service 2- it cost $30 3- we accept credit cards. So, yes I HAD THE PAYMENT we agreed on the phone and that didn't include cash. Regardless, I don't remember the last time I was so poorly treated as a person (individual) or customer. When I arrived to pick up my car the owner changed everything and said "my car wash, my rules, not my problem if you don't have cash or what people say on Google". FYI, according to the owner, the person answering the phone is his son. Owner even called me a liar because he thought he had given me the keys before paying.

Best car wash place I have ever been to!!! And very economical. I recommend them constantly and no matter how far away I move, I always come back to them!! The guys are very nice and friendly and I've never had an issue with missing things from my car. I LOVE THEM!!!!

Good service. First time coming to this car wash and was pleasant overall. They took their time with each car and were very nice. However, I had taken a trip the day before and still a lot of the bugs were left on front of the car. I can see this as a maintenance place being excellent but for deeper proper clean will have to go to another place unfortunately

Customer service was alright it was $40 for a regular wash and wax the car wash was not the best multiple spots still left dirty you can tell they just did it quick, the car smelled nice when I picked it up and rims were actually nicely done but my biggest issue was when I got my car back my CarPlay screen is not working anymore not sure if the liquid leaked in or what the issue is but it’s stuck on one screen and is not working, I would never go back to this place im wasting minimum $100 just to replace it.

It doesn’t matter how far away I live from here. I always make a point to drive to El Bendecido Car Wash to get my car cleaned inside and out. For years, every time I come, the experience is wonderful and welcoming. Osmani is always so friendly and treats me like his daughter. If there is anything going wrong with the car he provides his recommendations. Actually, this morning was not a very good one for me as the battery of my car died on the spot while the team was getting ready to dry it out. This is my first car and my first experience with a dead battery. There were no signs (at least to my ears). I didn’t know what to do and freaked out a little bit. But Osmani and his team of gentlemen helped me out. They connected the car first to someone’s truck, since it wasn’t enough to an electric charger and still wasn’t enough. Finally another electric charger for trucks did the trick. 😅 Other customers getting their cars cleaned helped out with these electric chargers and with words of wisdom. In short, I felt the love and warmth of this community of Cuban-Americans. Osmani and his team always at the service. And no need to say the car is spotless clean ready for Christmas. I still need to go back to pay in kind. I’ll be keeping El Bendecido Car Wash in my prayers tonight for sure. God bless you! 💗✝️
