I had EJ's detail my dad's Jeep renegade and my Wrangler. From start to finish he and his crew were informative, professional and friendly, they kept me updated on the progress and made me feel welcomed and part of the family with the jokes and laughs. I appreciate that they didn't try to sell me any service I did not need and went above and beyond doing all the little extras that previous detailers I have used in the past did not do and overlooked. This is my first getting my car detailed here. It was so easy to get an appointment and even though the wait for the appointment was long it was completely worth it!!Eddie was so easy to talk to and understood exactly what my conceded. They were so punctual and detailed. They did a beautiful job. I really wish I took before and after pictures. I'm not going anywhere else ever to get my car done. It’s like my 2019 RAV4 is brand new again! It was easy to schedule the detailing service and the team was very friendly and professional. The full detail package is not cheap, but definitely worth it; my car is so clean now that I don’t think I’ll have to do the full treatment again for several years! EJ’s did an incredible job with my Jeep detailing(interior and exterior). It looked just as nice as the day I drove it off the lot. I was genuinely in awe and afraid to touch it for a week. Ran into a slight issue that I noticed a hose had become disconnected from the interior of the vehicle. After a quick message to EJ’s asking if they had any memory of any incidents or if they had any idea as to what could have happened, the offered to replace the small part on the house. They had it ordered to their shop and asked me to come in and had it handled within the afternoon. They will be my one and only place to get my car detailed and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

This is the 2nd time that I had EJ’s detail my 2019 Kia Sorento & I was not disappointed either time! I have 2 large golden retrievers who were both recently in my vehicle at the same time & they left behind quite a mess! I can’t suggest EJ’s enough!! They made my SUV look brand new again!! Eddie went above and beyond to even explain the whole process of why using clay is better for your car. Even though I have unlimited monthly car washes, it never makes my car shine as much as Eddie did. The pricing was great and they even offered to pick up the vehicle which helps tremendously!

With spring here, needed my 2018 Honda Accord detailed. Called a few places around me and prices were high for a full detail. And I would need to leave the car for a day, so inconvenient. As I work downtown, I looked on Google Maps and found EJ’s establishement. It was too good to be true, drop the car off in the morning at the car park under the US Steel building and then pick it up after work fully detailed. The parking is free while the car gets done and also the price for the work they do is reasonable compared to the other quotes. It is very easy communicating with EJ via text, he is very responsive and explains everything. They also steam clean the engine and interior and claybars the exterior. Dropped the car off around 7.30am and it was ready by 1pm. When I went to pick it up, ths Accorda looked brand new inside and out. They do magic at this place and did an awesome job. I already have an appointment for my second car. We also have relatives and friends that saw the work and the cost and will be making appointments. Look nowhere else for great work, cost, customer experience and also convenience to get the car doen while at work.
