First and last time going here. Took my brand new 2024 white car through the car wash to have my car come out dirtier than when I came, maybe the brushes where dirty? Left black oily stuff on the sides of my car and on the rims. Even though it wasn’t that dirty to begin with! The only plus is the vacuum is free with purchase and they are very strong.

Good value. Usually very quick in and out. Stalls to clean inside of car are usually open. Vacuums are powerful and have both wide and crevice tools. Rags and spray cleaner available to clean inside and dry car. Soon there will be a second location in North Stafford Va. Can't wait!

Positive-Plenty of towels and vacuums. The grounds are kept clean of trash. Negative-The attendants directing the vehicle thru the car wash cycle that spray water on the windshield misses 1/3 of the windshield each time I visit. Also, the tire shine is the worst in that it "never" does my 19-inch or 22-inch tire completely.

AGE Car Wash in Stafford has been, without question, one of the worst, most frustrating, and most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with any business. I walked in expecting a basic car wash, but what I got instead was a mix of careless work, rude attitudes, and behavior that feels completely dishonest toward customers. The wash itself was a joke. My car came out looking almost the same—dirty spots still there, streaks on the windows, water marks everywhere, and areas that were never even touched. They rush through their work as if they’re in a hurry to get rid of you rather than serve you. When you point out what they missed, the staff acts annoyed and dismissive instead of fixing their mistakes. There is zero attention to detail and absolutely no pride in the service they provide. But the part that bothered me the most is how the entire place feels like it’s taking advantage of people. The way they charge, the lack of transparency, and the way they make you pay for things you never actually receive is honestly unbelievable. The whole experience gave me the clear impression that they are more focused on squeezing money out of customers than delivering the service they claim to offer. It feels shady, dishonest, and completely unprofessional from start to finish. I’ve never walked away from a simple car wash feeling this disappointed, this disrespected, or this cheated. For the prices they charge, you should at least get a proper wash and decent customer service. Instead, you get rushed work, rude behavior, and a car that looks like it wasn’t even cleaned. AGE Car Wash in Stafford is a complete waste of time and money. Based on my experience, I would strongly warn anyone to stay far away from this place. Thank you for responding, but I completely reject your explanation. Your reply does not reflect what actually happened. I did not violate any membership policy, nor did I attempt to swap any license plates. The real issue was the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from your staff. Instead of communicating properly or verifying anything, your employees spoke to me rudely, made false assumptions, and treated me like I was doing something wrong. That is unacceptable. Even if there were a misunderstanding, there is no excuse for the way your team handled the situation. A business should never embarrass or mistreat a customer, especially when the customer is following the rules. Your staff’s attitude and behavior were the problem—not your policy. I stand by my review, and I hope you focus on improving your customer service and training rather than giving inaccurate explanations.

Good car wash overall, but they incentivize being a membership over everything, and thus, overcharge on the single washes (including a future wash on one that you won't use unless you go back the very next week). Also, towels and other cleaning supplies seem to run out quickly there when they're at their busiest, so waiting on them could slow you down.

Started using the new car wash with no issues. Staff is great however after several months I began to notice marks down the side of my truck waist high from the front of the truck to the back of the truck. I can only guess it is the black spinning brush. I contacted the information email on the site and was very surprised to have been contacted by the manager of the Stafford location. He asked for pictures of the truck which improved along with a video. I was told it was going to pushed up and I would be contacting the following week. I did not hear back so decided to check in and was told we would know something by week two. I have yet to receive any answers and now the manager will not even respond…. So if you would like marks waist high from the front to back of vehicle I recommend using this wash.

Really sad that they have two banks of vacuums but i can't remember the last time they've both been operational, to the point where cars don't have a place to go after the wash and traffic backs up into the carwash.. (which is potentially dangerous) When you pay a monthly membership for a service that they don't actually provide, thats fraud. And today they didn't pre-spray the car or anything. Talk about not getting what you pay for...

Absolutely 5-🌟service! Super easy and high quality. Here is why I will go there again: (1) Staff are very friendly, polite, helpful, and professional. A gentleman approached me at the self-service kiosk and quickly explained everything. (2) I got the top service for $29 no other fees and taxes! (3) Job was of high quality for the price and very fast. The place is new here and, so is everything there! (4) Endless very strong vacuum, equally towels, window and all purpose sprays in a conveniently open parking. (5) The $25 and $29 services include a free war wash for my second car within the next five days. (6) You can literally take hours to go as deep as you want to clean your vehicle regardless of its size! Do I recommend it? Definitely Yes 👍

Came here for the first time to get a wash for my car and OMG, my vehicle appeared brand new after exiting the wash bay. Inside the wash bay was so cool, they had neon disco lights that went perfect with my "carwash playlist". Lol I also liked how they offer free vacuuming for your vehicle along with rags and window washer spray for the interior. Definitely was impressed with the customer service as well as the car wash in price and quality. I will be back. Thank you!

This is a great place for what it is intended and that is a quick car wash for the average car/SUV/Trucks. Their entire staff is absolutely pleasant and professional when they speak to you. Extremely knowledgeable on what fits in their tunnel and mechanics. Love having the plan and being able to come and go quickly. *Edit* Although I did not have a good experience with my car and will not be returning, I do appreciate the professionalism from management to reach out and try to make things right. For those who have any custom bodywork or atypical cosmetic mods, be extremely cautious going here! Make the staff fully aware of any car mods so they can adjust any wash settings accordingly. With that said, I still do not think the quality of the wash is worth it and I will not be returning. (Original review) Will absolutely not return for any business. I have a bodykit on my car that came out pretty scuffed up after going here. Nothing wider than stock or anything crazy. My license plate was also bent pretty far off of it's frame, and the overall clean on the rest of the car was not good. Zero out of ten, would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their car. Save your money, or go somewhere else.
