They were accommodating to my vehicle’s unique problem, quickly returning information and a solution. I could not feel better about the experience. I’m normally not a fan of auto dealerships because their salespeople make it an awful and uncomfortable experience. So, when I decided to lease a new vehicle, I did some research and was pleasantly surprised that Ed Carroll VW had the best reviews in my area. With my fingers crossed, I went in to test drive some vehicles, particularly the 2025 Tiguan that is part of their sale through November 31st. Upon my arrival to Ed Carroll Volkswagen, I was greeted by the front desk personnel and quickly introduced to Joe Vargas. Joe is a very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind person. I test drove the car and instantly fell in love with it. It was getting late and close to closing time, so without any pressure, Joe asked me when I wanted to come back and have my vehicle appraised and to test drive the vehicle again. He didn’t demand I return the next day, or even the following week. I was pleasantly surprised and let him know I would call him the next Friday. Not one time did Joe make me feel pressured, nor did he harass me by phone or email (all the other dealerships are still emailing, texting & calling me). I called him late the next Friday (11/7) and made an appointment for the next day (11/8). He offered me anytime that worked for ME (with 2 exceptions as he was already booked ). On Saturday I texted Joe and needed to push my appointment to later in the day. He was SO understanding, flexible, and accommodating. When I arrived, I sat down with Joe. He took his time explaining everything we spoke about previously, listened and answered my questions, and was the most HONEST salesman I have ever encountered!! Even more surprisingly, Joe and his manager, Carlos, managed to get me $2500 over KBB’s suggested trade in value. I not only got the exact vehicle I WANTED they made sure it was within my budget!! I have never been so happy to return to a dealership, even just to stop in and say hello. I am SUPER impressed and EXTREMELY grateful for Joe, Carlos, and Lane. I highly recommend Joe Vargas and the whole team at Ed Carroll VW.

Tyler was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to source the specific vehicle I was looking for (and even went to another city to pick it up for me). We worked with Tyler and had the smoothest car buying experience. My husband and I owned a 2011 Tiguan that happened to get totaled. We T-boned a truck doing at least 40 mph. Our Tiguan pushed 18 inches into the truck. My husband needs a total knee replacement (he was driving), I broke my sternum and blew out 3 disks in my neck. In my heart I know it saved our lives. Always wear your seatbelt, it may hurt in an accident but it's worth it. We bought a 2024 Tiguan simply because I know I'm safe.

Overall experience was ok.One issue I have is if a filter or some maintenance part needs replaced its way too expensive to buy from the dealer. I would rather go to the auto parts store and buy the same part for less then half the price of dealer cost. I’m frustrated that after the oil change on the passat the the change oil now message is appearing on the dash. Really people!! Slow down and do your job!! Double check your work, I shouldn’t have to reset the oil change reminder after YOU just changed it…

Tyler helped my husband and I when we were interested in VW Beetle they had on the lot for sale. He was extremely helpful and made everything go smoothly. He honestly made the car buying experience fun which is crazy because buying a car can be such a hassle. Lane was also great to work with as he was very speedy at getting us a good loan and getting the paperwork done. They both treated us with utmost kindness. I would suggest anyone currently car searching to head here and ask for Tyler. He will go above and beyond to make your car-buying experience easy and enjoyable.

Excellent customer service. Only thing on website said it had blind spot monitor and when we got the vehicle it did not have it. So just verify it matches with what the website says.

They helped arrange a tow truck to get my son’s car safely to the dealership, quickly diagnosed a dead battery, and completed a full check-up to make sure everything was running smoothly.
