I called them for the service last Saturday after raining stopped. They came to my home on the scheduled time offering the services as the above checked. The job was well done with their professional skills and tools. I am very happy and same to my hus. It is so convenience especially for me, a crazy busy working lady. I would highly recommend their service.

Don’t use this place unless you want a drained battery, incomplete detailing service, hours or days of hassle after they leave, and unprofessional behavior with an extra dose of gaslighting afterwards. The service left me with a completely drained battery. What’s worse, they blamed me for it. First blaming me for taking a few extra mins (less than 10) to close a a door after he was done while I was on a work call, then blaming my battery as though it had drained itself. (My battery was in perfect working order beforehand, which had been confirmed by a mechanic less than a week ago and I sent him the record but he dismissed it). The person I was texting and speaking to not only refused to acknowledge that this could have happen due to the detailing, but was also incredibly rude and inappropriate. Astoundingly so as I tried to politely give them an opportunity to rectify the situation or at least acknowledge the mistake and resulting inconvenience (the rest of my afternoon was interrupted as I waited for AAA then had to drive my car for 45 mins after the jumpstart). The denial was the most unprofessional and specious part of the whole ordeal. It turns out to have been a case of straightforward gaslighting. I’ve since learned that this is a common and preventable error during detailing. Not just possible, which the guy refused to admit, but common!! It was the first time I’d used a mobile detailing service so I didn’t know that they usually ask for a key so they can start the car periodically during a long job. The detailer was working on my car for over 2 hours, knew I was right inside, and never asked for my key or warned me this might be an issue. Most are also trained to make sure all the lights are off as they work and bring jumper cables and ready to turn back if this mistake was made. Some even disconnect the battery while they’re working or use a portable charging device. The person I was speaking to (not sure if it was the business owner or manager) must have known all of this if he has any experience at all with detailing but preferred to lie adamantly, insisting that it could not possibly have anything to do with the detailing service and using absurd comparisons to healthy people dropping dead (lol) until I eventually stopped replying to his texts. In addition to this egregious behavior relating to the battery issue, I realized when I was driving around that the detailer didn’t clean the inside of any of my windows or windshield. He also blew a fuse or possibly broke an outlet in my garage with his equipment, leaving me with even more problems to deal with now. I fault the business, not the detailer, for the fuse/outlet thing though since it was probably the equipment and not something he screwed up. He was also very apologetic and polite about this in the moment, which makes a big difference. Honestly, I feel for the actual detailer. He deserves a better employer who trains him better and takes responsibility for such common, preventable mistakes. I really tried to give the business a chance to rectify things or at least offer an apology, but instead they doubled down on rudeness so now I feel I should warn others to avoid this headache. TLDR: This place is unprofessional and will leave you with more problems than a dirty car could ever cause. There are plenty of better options in this area so save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I'm so happy I found Eco Mobile Wash. Wally is swift and responsive when I requested for a quote. They definitely exceeded my expectations! Pricing is straightforward, reasonable, and affordable. They arrived same day and within promised time-- on time! They maintained professionalism and friendliness all throughout the appt. They left the parking area clean when they finished. I will surely use their service regularly from now on! They are mobile (as advertised) and will go to almost anywhere in San Diego (they'll just need access to a power outlet within 100-150 feet). Don't forget to tip them at least 20% of the price! They deserve even more! Thank you Wally and team! See you again soon
