For an $80 detail, it was okay. There were water spots all over my car that I had to go back and clean up when I got home. Could have been a little more attention to detail given but it is what it is. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Understaffed, super long wait, $40 for half assed wash, car was still dirty. Lady ahead of me paid $80, she lifted the trunk of her SUV and they didn’t even vacuum it. Definitely NEVER coming back here!

THEFT! Someone on staff stole from my vehicle while it was serviced at this car wash. They had to ramble through my truck to find it. My phone message regarding the theft was returned with a text message. I have yet to receive a follow up message, including an apology from management, once I provided details. Hopefully, Pearland Police Department had better engagement. Of course, I know my property won’t be returned. I wanted you to be aware that a thief or thieves work at this business.

I’ve been coming to this Carwash for over a year and they consistently do excellent work. This is a hand Carwash which is better for your car’s paint finish than the automated washes. The staff is friendly and attentive. Their hand car wash doesn’t take any longer than the others and there’s often no line. Prices are very affordable and in line with other washes in the area.

The owner’s son is not a good employee ! I typically would not take the time to leave feedback…because 1) ppl don’t care and 2) we all have bad days. I live nearby, use them frequently, but will stop after today. Yes, they are slow, and if their young son is working, then you will not get good service. This place ONLY runs smoothly if the Dad/Owner is working. The Mother cannot control the staff. On 12/20, the young son yelled at a customer when she asked for a re- vacuum, then after waiting patiently, I saw them take another vehicle ahead of my car which pushed my wait time pass an hour. I got my keys and tried to leave. The young son then argued with me because I was leaving. Wow. I tried to support a family owned business, but the owner’s son is running the customers away.

Would not recommend until they get it together. 1. I’ve never been to a car wash where they don’t ticket your car and or give you a receipt, take your number/info of the service you are receiving. I literally just left because there was no one inside to check me out. So I took a chance on returning when I thought my car was ready. 2. Their price list that is posted has sticky tabs everywhere so it’s unclear what each service costs. I asked the difference between certain washes and the lady just kept saying armor all. I therefore opted for the deluxe ($40) which seemed to be the most basic. 3. Upon returning, the lady says my total is $80. No ma’am! Also, this would not have happened if a receipt was given at the beginning of service! Furthermore, when I inspected my car, there was no armor all on my tires which is what she said was included in the $80 wash initially. If I’m being charged for the $80, why is there no armor all on my tires?! This made me feel like she just was going to try and see if I would pay that amount, 4. They had no air freshener. What car wash on this side of heaven does not have air freshener?! Sorry for the rant! I still tipped but it was not worth it! They need to revamp…prices, service, waiting area and staff!!!

Great customer service! Not only are they quick but Sergio and his team do a great detailed job at leaving your vehicle looking like new. The best part is that is that they are a hand carwash. There’s not many hand car washes in the Pearland area. Definitely recommend them.
