Everyone was nice and the service was good. The car was mostly clean. However, there were still large clumps of my dog's hair just sitting on my backseat that wasn't vacuumed/cleaned. In the tunnel one of their dryers smacked my car pretty hard after going over the roof. I also paid extra for the tire shine and could barely tell a difference; much less shiny than Scenic City's. They charge a credit card fee in 2024 which is a big pet peeve of mine. Maybe I bought the wrong package, I didn't really get a good explanation about what each one was, but ultimately I ended up paying (with tip) like twice as much as if I just went to Scenic City and detailed myself for 10 minutes afterwards, yet my car wasn't twice as clean nor cleaned twice as fast.

Hands down the best wash in town. None of the automated washes ever got the rear of my car clean, always road tar left over on the rocker panels. East Ridge Car Wash is prompt and extremely effective. If there's a spot or two of stubborn road tar left over, I'll gladly spend 5 minutes cleaning that off myself rather than spend 30-45 min cleaning and drying it after going through one of those other washes.

Very good work and only took about 30 minutes and they were very busy. Will definitely go back. I took my car to a different car wash this morning and spent $20 more for a much worse experience. Highly recommend going here if you're in Chattanooga/North GA area

My husband and I have been taking our cars here for years! The best car wash around. The most recent time I was a little disappointed because it didn't seem that my dash was wiped really good and so I called and spoke to the owner, Jake. I don't care what kind of services I am paying for, I base my my judgement strictly on the customer service skills and that will determine if I continue to support a business with my hard earned money. So customer service is a big deal to me and Jake really took the time to hear me out and then asked me what could he do to fix the situation in order to make me happy as a customer..... Wow!!! Most of the time when people/business owners hear complaints, they respond like okay I will give you this and just be happy with that. I am really impressed with his listening skills and the fact that he took accountability, not for what he did or didn't do, but what his employees didn't do. Not many people are willing to take criticism/complaints without being offended or taking it personal and then being rude with an ugly attitude. THANK YOU!!!!

Usually East Ridge Car Wash does a decent job on my truck but Saturday I could have done better with a hose pipe and paper towels. I always get the special number 2 on my truck. And this time they really did the number 2 on my truck. The windows had smudges on them. The truck had dirt and spots all on it. There were pieces of towel lint all on my truck. The insides were not wiped good. When I took it back they told me my truck got dirty because I drove it through the east ridge tunnel when I left. They said the smudges were my tint going bad. I know the difference between a smudge and tint going bad. I told them that they had just lost a faithful customer. I won't be going back.

Was so disappointed with the services here. Paid $30 for inside/outside detailing and while the outside was clean and they definitely cleaned the windows, the inside was still incredibly dirty, and the staff knew it because they said, “try some soap and water at home.” I’ve paid for such a poor quality job (or paid for them to tell me to do it myself). Cannot recommend this place.

Entire car was cleaned this time. Last time I looked out the passenger window and it had not been touched. Disappointed that loyalty (discount after several washes) is not available and no additional service if rain within 24 hours after wash. Most people, myself included, never utilized the rain service, however it was nice knowing that the establishments offering that service honor their customers business.

They NEVER do a good job inside. They usually do a decent or satisfactory job, but never a good job. Yesterday they did a HORRIBLE job on inside. My car was very dirty so anything was better than nothing but the back doors were never even opened and wiped down. The passenger side front dash was never touched. The girl who worked on the driver side front seat was the only one putting forth any effort. I thought maybe she was just taking longer than the others but come to find out she was the only one who put any effort in. They did do an exceptional job on the outside, better than ever before. Went this past Saturday 12/6. I'm not able to do my own car wash or I would. We go here at least a couple of times each month. The wash was fine, but when it came out to the front to be dried, they did a horrible job. I have a suv so water gets underneath the hatch and dirt gathers there also. Anyway the heavy set guy opened it looked at it and shut it back. They hardly wiped anything down inside. Mud on the door where you step into car, they ignored that. When they said car was ready I opened the rear hatch and ask one of the guys to please wipe it off. Where the other guy had ignored it. Between the car wash and tip 40 dollars wasted.

It actually went great. Workers are really nice! My sunroof won’t close for some reason but fixed it in like one minute so went back to the line and they noticed it was me again so skipped the line (after I waited about 10 minutes the first time) haven’t gotten my car back yet but just the fact they noticed it was me again and were very polite explaining all the packages made me feel it’s gonna be great. First time here and I’m pretty sure I’ll be back. Thank you!
