The gentleman attending the car wash was very helpful when a selection wasn't working in the self service bay. He found a solution for me, returned my five dollars, and supplied me with seven mins free time. Exceptional service going above and beyond what I would've expected.

The hose to the foam brush was split so it sprayed everywhere, including all over me. It was well lit enough to see all the area that it covered. The rinse sprayer was putting out some solid pressure.

Been using this car wash for 2 years now. This place is small with only 2 bays for self serve but gets the job done and done well. See alot of hate from other reviews. Dont let them persuade you. This one of very few self serve car washes around. And it does what its supposed to.

Paid good money and had a horrible car wash. Used the touchless car wash and it did not clean the car at all and was useless at the rear end of the car. When I paid the machine would also not give me a receipt. I need that for business so I gave them a call to see if they could get me one and I never heard back from them. Don't waste your money at this place it is a rip off!

The place is great Place and most affordable place to wash your car / truck ( in my case ) hands down ! I recommend using the non scratch brush auto wash ....it works very well on my truck .touchless is good for lighter shade cars .....Owner is good guy and I have to say he was so fast to get back to me when I had a issue one time ! He made it right faster then I ever could imagine ! No machine works perfectly 100% of time . But knowing the owner called me personally and less then 8 hours was amazing and really cares ! It shows !

The drivers side arm of the touchless wash doesnt come on during "high pressure wash" leaves half the car unwashed. The dryer on the soft touch shuts off with time remaining. Used facility twice, both times I have had to go to another wash because the job done was horrible. Vacuums used to be great, but now seem to have much less suction.

Several weeks ago I posted a very negative review of this business. Recent experience demands that I take back my criticisms. For many years I’ve used the “touchless” bay, and had grown very unhappy with it. It has changed. Yes, the cost has increased, but so have the services. The bay is now very efficient and does exactly what you would expect. HOWEVER, I’ve become a big fan of the new “Soft Touch” bay. My truck looks great when I exit! Salt and dirt are gone with NO visible finish problems. It’s an excellent state of the art automatic car wash. I wish timing of the underbody spray and blow dry feature were about 10-15 seconds longer, especially the blow dry. But this business is now my “go to” car wash!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. paid for a car wash, and the system told me the wash was ready when I pulled into the wash nothing happened and the wash did not start. I pulled out and back in a couple times to see if it would start. I tried calling the owner of the company numerous times and even left him a voice mail explaining what happened. He never answered the phone once or returned my calls. I would not recommend this car wash to my worst enemy. Don’t waste your time or money.

I just went through the touchless. It took my card but it didn't give me a car wash. I called I'm giving them a chance to rectify this or I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau

Used to be the Best Car Wash Around…. However lately the Owner (New?) has been Severely lacking keeping the automatic car wash up with all the proper Soaps, Waxes etc. Sometimes just water coming out! With a cost of $17 a wash That’s Not Acceptable!

Used this self serve car wash for first time. Selected which wash I wanted and started inserting bills. Only took one and could not insert more-machine wouldn’t take more. Then used credit card. Wasn’t quick enough when asked if I wanted a recept to answer so didn’t get receipt either. No one there so called phone number and since no one answered left message. Curious to see if they call back.

The wash is what it is, it will just rinse some surface dirt off. My issue was I did not get any soap when I went through the touchless wash. I want to at least think Im getting something for my money. I called the phone number and left three messages just explaining the issue and requesting a rewash. Zero response. Part 2 - went to the touchless wash again. The machine sprayed soap on my vehicle, but then the machine stopped working so I had soap all over my vehicle and no way to rinse it off. Again called the phone number multiple times asking for a refund and zero response as usual. Things happen with any business but horrible customer service here.

The Soap used in brush in the self wash bay stains clothes and skin orange. The soap also drips from the ceiling where hose attaches. It will wash off in the laundry and in the shower, but an unexpected hassle. Hopefully they will change the type of soap, and I will change review. You have been forewarned .

Paid for the 17.00 deluxe wash and left looking like an Easter egg. Had to pay an additional 4 to turn the hose on to rinse off. No one answers the phone for a refund. Stay away

Self wash was not good, by time the soap mode turned to rinse your adding more money, then the rinse mode was still spewing out soap. The “blow dry mode was useless no airflow to do any drying. Then if you could find a vacuum that didn’t have an out of order sign on it the ones that worked had very little suction to lift anything out of the car. Maybe they need to maintain the place a bit more. Try them again in a while to see if anything changes.

I had a really good experience here. I'm asthmatic, and car washes trigger my asthma, causing breathing problems due to the strong chemicals in the soaps. Surprisingly, I didnt have any issues! This may not be the case for everyone, but i will be going back. And my car came out squeaky clean :)

Touchless doesn't really clean the vehicle. Looks just as dirty after it's done. Added a star because it has a good strong undercarriage wash. The credit card reader never works here either. Leads me to believe that people tried to mess with it and put a skimmer in it.

Good location and frankly 8 min is too long to powerwash the car and not enough time to stop, hand wash, then rinse. Not sure why but 2nd time I get home to dry it and all the droplets are like white, like I rinsed the car with milk. Soap or recycled water, no clue but it's not like home where my water's CLEAR.
