Car wash broken. Won’t read the card. Customer service terrible. “Wash” is a pretty loose definition in that it gets the car wet and soapy but doesn’t really clean it. Done with this place.

Do not use the car wash here, doesn’t really clean the car. The attendant says it doesn’t work, asked me to use a brush to clean it. So I pay $11 to clean the car myself? 😂

Terrible car wash and customer service. Paid 9 dollars for a car wash, car looked just as dirty when it came out. Asked for a refund, owner said he doesn't do refunds. Do not recommend. Save your money, go somewhere else!

This is not brushless! The picture on Google maps looks like it is brushless, but it’s not. I was worried about scratching my car, but I don’t see any obvious scratches. As far as the wash, I got one level above the basic car wash. It was enough to get the salt off my car, which was my goal. But if you’re looking for a spotless clean, this isn’t it. Lots of dirt left behind. Edit: 6717 Old Dominion Dr, McLean, VA 22101 Is definitely not brushless lol

I’ve been wondering why some people have high expectations for car wash locations - this place showed me why. Personnel today were extremely friendly and helpful, constant service with a smile and lots of instructions on how to go through the wash correctly. I highly recommend.

Cannot believe I have been buying car washes for years and their expiration has shortened. Expiration was yesterday cannot believe not even willing to acknowledge that it has changed. From buying a car wash for both my vehicles every two weeks, I will not be buying car wash ever again.

Don't expect a really clean (or dry) car. The touchless system is good if you're looking for a quick rinse (i.e. mud, snow gunk, etc.) but definitely won't leave your car spotless. I was expecting this but then realized the machine doesn't dry! I have been to other similar places and their machines do dry your car. So, you have to do quite a bit of work to dry your car off, otherwise you just spent $10 for a spotty dirty finish.

Literally just got a car wash and came home to see the car is still filthy (windshield, fenders, hood, bumper, etc). This car wash is an absolute ripoff for $17. Much better off paying more elsewhere to get a brush wash or even a hand wash. Just throwing away your money here. Never going there again.

Was at station filling up tank. When I was finishing up, woman who came out of their cashier station and walked up to back of my vehicle looking at me and then my plates. Not sure what is going on but woman refused to answer me when I asked if I could help her with something. Bizarre behavior from worker.

April 2024 - the car wash consisted of my windshield being sprayed with a light soap mist for seven minutes. No scrub, no rinse, no air dry. I followed all the stop/go instructions perfectly. Car not cleaned.

If you have Giant cents off per gallon of gas DO NOT go the this gas station. They have the pumps rigged to pump really slow when you purchase using the Giant discount. They do this so you won’t get a full tank of gas for a discounted price. Several people in addition to myself were complaining to the young lady in the office and she refused to acknowledge our complaints. I have been going here for 25 years for my gas because I get a discount for shopping at Giant. Today they lost a loyal customer.

Decent wash. Overpriced. They recently added a blower to dry the car and increased the prices. Before it was 9, 10 and 11$. Now 9, 12 and 15$. The blower doesn't dry the car completely, you'll have to wipe it to be totally dry. I would prefer to have a self service pressure washer instead, so you have more control.

Car wash broke with my car in it, and not only did it take 20 mins to get out of there, it took another 20 to figure out how to refund my money. They didn’t have a hose to help wash the dried up soap off my car, and they said there was no way to do anything to make up for the inconvenience such as pay for the car wash across the street or offer a free wash in the future. Avoid this place at all cost.

This is the second time over several months that the gas pump doesn’t stop when full. We were lucky the second time that gas was not overflowing as much as the first time. Still huge, dangerous mess.
