Free vacuum for everyone!! You don’t need to pay for car wash wow so cool!! I love that the non paying customers get to use the free vacuums they need to redo the sign and make it say unlimited timer any one can use This isn’t fair for paying members or customers get that fixed have an employee that loves being on their phones all the time look after the area Also fix the vacuums most of time I come here they are broken

I usually come to this Ducky Car Wash on Tully Rd, San Jose, but I’m very disappointed with one female employee (red-haired Mexican woman who works mornings). She is always on her phone talking on speaker, doesn’t pay attention to customers, and never uses the sprayer for the water-repellent at the entrance because she’s too busy on her phone. Her attitude is rude and careless. If this kind of behavior continues, I won’t be coming back next month. On the other hand, the male staff here work very well, even refused my tips politely.

Came here on a weekday morning and was glad to see no wait time for the car wash. Overall wash quality is good as to what you will get at any other automatic car wash system out there. Hard stains will still not go away so you’ll want to get those before you enter the car wash if you have any of those hard stains The blow dryers get almost all the water away from the car except from the back of the car. You will need to carry a microfiber cloth or something similar to dry up the back of the car After the automatic car wash, you can help yourself to the vacuum. They have two spots for vacuuming (only one works though) your car
