Service took forever. The only open pump said cash only, they don't have a register I had to find the person running the car wash and I had to wait fifteen minutes for him to accept my cash

SCRATCHES CARS!! I took my jeep in to get their $22 wash and it came out of the wash with countless scratches on the right side of the car. On top of that i paid for the undercarriage wash and most of the underbody wasn’t even wet. Many other customers have had a similar experience and you can find their reviews on yelp.

For 25 bucks a month you can get unlimited washes. They also have the vacuum cleaners and the spray nozzle which I think is a pretty cool combo for getting grub off your carpets or floor mats. Pretty tough to be that deal.

Friendly staff, great service. Was in and out in about 20 minutes with the express wash and self service station to vacuum, detail your own car, they offer rags & cleaning spray (which is included in your wash service). Will definitely be coming here again

First time there after passing through that rod for 15years. No clue what the guys there are doing. First there is no sign that says ‘enter for car wash’ it simply read enter to gas pump! Then for $31, this is the most dirtiest interior clean you ever get. They completely missed to vacuum inside, just before entering I have to ask the attendee if they did or not. He ten spins around and took another 25min to bring it back and it still not clean. Pictures...

I have been a member for almost a year now and have recently noticed a decline in over half of the stations. The vacuums are falling apart and hardly have any suction. Please get more maintenance on these to make it worth the price.

Requested to NOT use any tire shine on my matte finish wheels. Didn't listen despite the note they placed in the windshield stating such. Broke the mount for my hands free microphone. Left the vehicle extraordinarily dirty, not even cleaning the windows properly at all.

2 hours and $80 later completely disappointed. I would have been better off with $20 wash. No difference. Doesn’t even look like it was vacuumed. Just sprayed some areas and called it good. The car sat for 30 minutes while they dried a dozen or so cars behind it. I will NEVER go back. The photos are after the 2 hour “express” detail.

I’m hoping Ducky’s responds in a way that regains my trust, and I’ll happily update this review if I have good news to share about a resolution. We took our car to get detailed almost two weeks ago. Upon picking up the car, we were told our factory-issued, keyless fob was mistakenly given to another customer (!!!), along with the protective silicone case I bought to keep it in good condition. They reported calling the other customer multiple times but claimed she never called back, so they said they’d replace the fob. Then Ducky’s ordered the wrong fob, so they had to place another order for the correct one. It’s now been 11 days, and the new fob finally arrived. However, I’m currently sitting in front of a nearby locksmith to get the key programmed, and they’re running behind, which is significantly affecting my husband’s and my schedule today. This major error on Ducky’s part has created a huge lift for us. Although Ducky’s offered our next detail free and they’re paying for the fob replacement, this has been an unexpected headache and time drain - not to mention potential security risk? If you want to guarantee a smooth customer experience, don’t get your car detailed at Ducky’s. We’re also car wash members but we are now considering canceling after all this.

Watch your bank account. I got the promotion when I joined. Then I downgraded my membership to the lowest which I think was $25/mth, then added my husbands car (which was supposed to be 1/2 price) and my acct said it would be $60/month for both cars. So I cancelled the family membership right away. Guess what, I was charged the next month $51?!?! What! The unlimited is only $40! So what was I charged for?? Certainly not $25 as I was expecting. Good concept but this company needs to get itself figured out.

Very bad service! I paid for detailing services that was $69 dollars, and I especially said I needed the car vacuumed, and it came back a disaster. Worse than when I dropped it off. I am never coming back here. I hope I could get my money back! It seems like nothing was done. Only the outside for 69 dollars! That's is insane.

I would like to give this car wash a 5-star review. Dominic, the Assistant Manager, is truly outstanding. He is consistently kind, professional, and compassionate, and always greets customers with a friendly and positive attitude. Dominic is extremely hardworking and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns thoroughly. Each time I’ve needed assistance, he has gone above and beyond to help. His dedication and customer service make a noticeable difference and reflect very positively on the business. Highly recommend this car wash, excellent service all around.

Shout out to Dominic Assistant Manager for always being consistent, friendly, helpful, accommodating and service always with a smile. My car always comes through fully washed and there are multiple vacuum stations for everyone even on a busy day. This is one business in San Ramon that I really appreciate being near me.

Dominic from the San Ramon Ducky's location REALLY deserves special recognition. I went in last week to get an estimate for a interior detailing and car wash. The manager I spoke with last week was also awesome! I returned to finalize getting the work done and was pleasantly delighted wirh the outcome and the exceptional work I received for the cost! When I saw my car it was beautiful! The car is 10 years old and looked new! I highly recommend Ducky's and their professionalism and expert work!

Love Ducky’s Car Wash! I always leave with my van looking brand new. The staff are friendly, quick, and really take care of the details.
