Good place for self service cleaning. They updated the drive thru machinery so the autowash is better than before but the soap suds is still diluted and doesn't have fragrance like other drive thru car wash places. However, it's usually okay for a quick rinse to get rid of dust and pollen. The air dry should be extended to be at least 2 minutes. The time isn't enough, especially for larger vehicles and it starts blowing before vehicles even get to the dryer. For manual wash it's definitely better and more soapy.

Drive thru wash scratched my car up. I haven't found a good number to share my complaint with. Found a corporate site, and left an email, but no one acknowledged it. The number is not in service! I'm at my wits end with this matter!

Everything you need is there! Sometimes the radio playing on the weekend is a little bit too much but it's a clean safe environment "cameras everywhere" covering every angle including in the wash bays... believe it! Overall a very nice place to clean your car or van.

What's not to like. Clean, spacious car-wash bays and vacuums that work. No searching between the seats for one more quarter, you can use a credit card for car wash payment. Just listen for the warning beeps if you need to add more time to complete all 8 steps. I came in with a dust and pollen covered car and left looking shiny new.

The car wash works 24/7 which is awesome! I’m always needing to wash my car at night, but most of them in Jacksonville don’t operate late, so it’s great to find a car wash that works all night! It did a pretty good job cleaning my car. It was a no touch car wash though (only put soap and water on it but it didn’t scrub it) and it didn’t dry it.

Well kept carwash and I enjoy the $5 Wednesdays. Just need to make sure all cycles are operational on that day. Update* the left driver's side wheel power washer is inoperable as the hose looks like it broken or disconnected. Been this way for at least the last month.*Update* the hose has been fixed! The Laser wash washes as expected. Good Deal!

Pretty good self service car wash, I only wish they had the air pressure guns for removing dust n debris from dash and between seats. Wash itself is great with many options. Reasonably priced at $2 to start

I paid for the $9 wash (the highest option) and my van looks terrible. It still has dirt, grime, and easily noticeable streaks and film on it. It was a waste of money.

Touchless wash is good to have and most expensive program was only 9$ but quality of wash pretty bad. Bad rinse still soap around and definitely did not look much clean (of course I don’t expect hand wash level) I always go touchless but this was not the best. I used manual guns and washed it again for 5 $. 5$ were better spent.
