I went through the Drive & Shine on Cassopolis Street and it was awesome. The wash was quick, easy, and my car came out looking great. The free vacuums were a huge plus and made it super convenient to clean the inside too. The gentleman who checked me in was super nice and cordial, which made the whole experience even better. The place was clean, well organized, and everything worked perfectly. Definitely one of the best drive thru car washes I’ve been to. I’ll be coming back for sure! 🚗💦

Drive and Shine always does such a good job on making sure my van is as clean as possible every time I get the interior cleaned. Also the drive through wash even gets my wheels cleaner then most drive thru car washes. Very pleased!

I stopped in at Drive & Shine in Elkhart for an oil change, and the whole experience was excellent. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to be there. They got me in quickly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy. It’s great to see a place that still takes pride in customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back. Zack was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish, making sure everything was taken care of and that we were completely satisfied. Absolutely love the quick additional services after the car wash. They make my life much more streamlined and I’m able to focus on my life instead of hours cleaning my car inside and out. Originally a 5 star review but is now a 1 star Cancelled our membership because we're no longer allowed to vacuum out the vehicle there. What used to be the best vacuums in town, only reason I kept my drive and scratch membership. Bought a shop vac and some detailing soaps, sponges etc. will just wash my car at home from now on.

I came to this drive and shine location to quickly clean my car before a trip but there was so much snow I didn’t see the median turning in right by the chick fila and popped 2 of my tires! The attendants there were so kind and helpful! They put air in my back tire just enough to get me across the street and placed the spare tire on my completely flat front tire. I literally love all the drive n shine locations because they are simply the best. I am sooo grateful to their gracious help and service. I have been a member now for about 3 years and it was one of the best decisions I could have ever made for me and my car. Thanks again guys and girls of drive n shine!

Lamarion gave me absolutely excellent service, it was my first visit to this location and I was interested in the Platinum Interior membership. He explained how everything worked, was incredibly polite and friendly throughout the entire process. The work they did in my car was fantastic! Prices are extremely reasonable and you get to sit and watch them work on your car right in front of you (temperature controlled). Best car wash in town with the best employees. Will be coming back

From the moment I pulled in, both of them went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. They were professional, friendly, and clearly take pride in their work. Jeremy W. was incredibly attentive, making sure my vehicle was handled with care, and Jordan’s attention to detail really stood out — he didn’t miss a spot. It’s rare to find people who combine efficiency with genuine customer care, but these two absolutely did.
