★☆☆☆☆ Having made an appointment with Dreamers Mobile Wash over the phone I received a confirmation text from Al indicating the date and time for my appointment. There was a text message from him on the day of and 1 hr. prior to arrival that I did not see. Having waited beyond the appointed time I check my phone the(half hour after appointment time) and found the text from Al confirming todays Wash. I responded yes, we had been waiting and just noticed his text. Never was there a response, phone call or a rescheduled as asked for. Running a business in providing a service to customers you would think “communication” would be of the utmost importance. Not Dreamers Mobile Wash. They must prize themselves in “ghosting” customers. There are too many other mobile washes to choose from, I would check what others have to offer before hiring DMW.
