Manager Chloe and Eric went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and she checked in to ensure I was happy with the service. My car came out looking spotless from the outside. Save your money and avoid this scam of a car wash which will damage your car and will not respond or fix it. The car wash flaps broker our Tesla Model Y our passenger side mirror on May 30th of 2025. I immediately filled a complaint with General manager on duty a Ms.Choley who asked as to get repair estimates which we provided. She said that the District Manager Mr.Allen Hickman will reach out to us in 72 hours. Its been more than three weeks and no response. I tried to reach out to Mr. Allen Hickman and the owner of the Car wash Mr. Dan Raleigh via emails but still no response. Now I understand that how they are able to advertise such inexpensive car wash prices since they will damage your expensive car. Stay away from them !!!

Don't use this business!! I went through the car wash and just before the end. One of the rollers got stuck on my passenger side mirror The fabric roller ripped the mirror off and it cost me $1400 worth of damage. I spoke to the manager. He admitted fault he saw the damage He gave me the owner's contact information. I was never able to speak with him because he's never available or dodging phone calls. I was told that they would handle it through their insurance company. The repair that is, but they refused to give me any contact information for any insurance company. Anything can happen when using a car wash and it happens, but, but we should be protected. By insurance, if an accident were to occur, very disappointed in this business. If you can avoid them you might be next to encounter accidental damage and get stuck paying for it yourself!!

Scam!!! So couple months ago I've posted this review, and got a response "that they would like to assist me in solving this problem " (screenshot attached) Still I can't reach them by phone. Moreover, I've in IL during my business trip, and wanted to visit them, but they were closed for remodeling!!! I still want my money back... I have no Idea how to contact them. Don't use your debit (credit) cards here, they are scammers! I live in another state, and was here in January 2025, and just needed the basic, cheapest single wash, they charge me 9.99$ for this wash, and after that they kept charging me every month, as I signed up for a membership. But I didn't sign up for a membership, as I don't live in IL. And recently they started to charge me 20$ monthly, (Ive attached the screenshot from my bank app) In the last picture, you can see, they changed the name, but phone number is the same, and it not working. I can't reach them by phone to cancel it and get my money back. I've already replaced my card, and will check next month.

Here’s a review you can use: I am very disappointed with this car wash. The vacuums are not working properly—only one seems to be working well, but there was a parked car in front of it, which appeared to belong to a staff member. I even took a picture to show the issue. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had problems here; issues seem to be common during my visits. This company needs to improve its maintenance and customer service. I won’t be coming back unless they fix these problems. Does anyone know of a better car wash in this area? I’m tired of dealing with broken vacuums and poor maintenance at this location. Any recommendations would be appreciated! Update (Feb 25, 2025) : I already spoke to one of your staff members, but instead of addressing the issue, they tried to defend the situation with excuses. This has been a recurring problem, and it’s frustrating as a customer. I hope you take real action to improve your service rather than just offering apologies.

Julie is very friendly love her. So are some of the other staff I’ve encountered but the guy with the dyed blonde hair is absolutely rude. He just sits there half the time eating. I just wanted to get my sisters car washed under my membership because mine was in the shop getting fixed on and I just wanted to have hers cleaned before giving it back. He changed my membership to her plates and gives me a hard time every time I come back. No problem with the other staff but him.

Do not go here. They scratched my car bad. The photos don’t even show all the damage. Going to take better pictures in the morning. I called and nobody answered. I will be getting lawyers involved as this was also recorded on my dash cam.

I guess I should’ve read the reviews. This is a horrible car wash. The two gentlemen who work there are very nice however after going through the car wash twice and being upsold on a car wash that did nothing, I left the car wash very disappointed. When I asked the gentleman for the manager’s name, he told me he couldn’t give me the manager‘s name. I only wanted her first name. One gentleman acted like I could get a refund. The other told me there was no refund so now I’m left with a dirty car and wasted $16. It was actually an insult for the dread head to tell me that the car looked clean to him. Pictures are attached you be the judge. He said it looks clean, no it doesn’t. I’ll delete my review or edit my review once I actually hear back from management after I call tomorrow. Update - spoke with manager who offered a refund if I was willing to drive a whole hour to provide her my physical card. Obviously I’m driving from downtown Chicago to give them my physical card when I didn’t use my physical card to pay with. 0/10 do not recommend! Maybe management should let employees do refunds like every other business on this earth.
