I needed my car wash really bad and I saw my guy Trey out there with his vehicle washing cars and I talked to him. He washed my car and cleaned it very well while I was at work. I had a minute to go to my vehicle and look at it and pay him and I was very impressed. The man that owns this company absolutely cared about every single detail when he went into business for himself. As he stated, he stopped counting after 10,000 cars detailed. It seems to me that he also stopped paying attention to the tiny details that matter to those paying. Areas not cleaned. Door jambs, trunk or lift gate jambs Inside gas flaps Interior windows/windshields Steering wheels with excessive body grease A/C vents Door panels ( window / door switches and handles) cubbies. Wheel barrels and wheel wells Sunroof tracks All of these areas that were not cleaned are a combination of 2 vehicles cleaned on the same day. September 1 2024. Claims to be afraid to clean engine bays, but not afraid to charge $75 for a "wipe down". Equaling that nothing in the engine bay is clean. Overall I am content, even though what I paid for was not what I expected. If I could change anything, it would be that I could have been a customer in the 250's to 1000th car detailed. That is where I think this detailer would have put in the most effort. This is an honest review. Everything posted is a fact. I will not be a "paid for review" under any circumstances.

I bumped into DSQ car detailing in Social Media. Within a few days, i had an appointment at my house in Mountain Brook. Darrell and another Team member showed up. When I say My Car Has NEVER Looked so Good, that is an understatement. They used their own equipment and products and worked nonstop for 2 hours on the Basic detail package. I found this group through a FB ad! They drive all the way from Birmingham to curry to detail my car while I was at work! They did an absolute wonderful job! I was looking to get my truck cleaned on Easter Sunday because I took my kids to the beach the day before and they thought it was a good idea to bring sand back with us well im not from Alabama so I did what i always do and went to social media to look for someone who could wash my truck and do it before the day was over. I came across DQS House of Detail upon searching Birmingham AL car wash on Facebook and DQS was the first post I saw so I called and he was able to detail my truck within 3 hours! When I say his work speaks for itself, trust me!! My truck looked brand new I didn't move it until the next day! My car was completely covered with dog hair, I have three large breed dogs that come with me almost everywhere, but the mess was getting unbearable. Other shops didn’t even want to touch my car due to how much was in it. I honestly didn’t expect the amount that they were able to get out to come out. I will definitely be recommending and only using DQS House of Auto Detail for now on! I am so happy and grateful for the end result!
