Expensive. $40.00 for a car wash that includes Armor All on the tires. Inside of the car except for the inside of the windows were not touched. Won't be returning.

I went in for a simple car wash today in my mustang and when he pulled my car out they ripped off my entire back bumper. His response was “it’s these new cars they are plastic. When YOU fix it , I will give you a free car wash” that is absolutely ridiculous. Thousands of dollars in damage and all I wanted was a car wash. STAY AWAY.

So I used to go here every couple of days for vacuum and air (in which ill always do myself besides 1 other person because the rest of the workers here are just unhappy humans and treat everyone like they are below them) I've been going here for over a year now (at least I did) until this whole time I was paying $10 for vacuum that I'd do myself in maybe 15 to 20min (but I'd take turns and never held them from using on other cars) every time I used to go there I would say Hi to everyone and very respectful even when they would stay quiet I'd say it, so I went about a week ago and there's some guy NAMED DANIEL running the business which idk why but he is always running from me so when I went the other day the lady already knows me and with a face she called him on the phone to ask him the price of the only 1 thing i always get, for him to tell her its now $25 all of a sudden to have me stop coming here. So when I was leaving I spoke to the guy and told him "if you guys want me to stop coming here you could've just told me, that they didn't have to raise a vacuum from $10 to $25 JUST FOR VACUUM!!!" and all he said was that "ohh my vacuum have more power that any other but that i can go to the gas station for $2" and then gave me excuse about how he has to pay to get his compressor a oil change and all, like bruuhh that's part of the business but $25 for vacuum ppssss!! I then had someone go in alone for the same thing and guess what? THEY ONLY CHARGED THEM $10!!!

Only come here if there's no line. Got overcharged for my wash and wax which should have been $13 according to their billboard but came out to $18 something after tax. Very confusing billboard that has only three options to choose from despite there being different options that can be added on one by one or removed. the pricing is very confusing. The place that was here before had a much better and easier to understand pricing system. While here someone was complaining about their car being scratched and another person had their keys locked in their car for over an hour. Not sure why but you can't drive your car through this car wash yourself anymore they do it for you. They barely dried the car as they had such a long line of cars to be vacuumed that they were down people on the drying line. They didn't bother to open up the doors and dry them or wipe down the well and trunk of the car either. Think I'll stick to one of the other car washes in the area.

The people who dry the vehicle do a very bad job. They used the same towel they used to clean the rims and also cleaned the windows of my vehicle. I also paid $21 for the service and they didn't give me everything that was included in the service.

My sister used to go here a lot years ago until she stopped because she said they scratched her car. I thought she was crazy. I’ve been going to suds on McClean until one day couldn’t make it there so I stopped here instead to try it out. Later on I noticed they did EXACTLY what my sister said, my entire windows are scratched. Idk perhaps it’s the machine that washes the car that might have a malfunction but they should definitely fix.

If in could only leave a 1 star review!! 27 dollars for bad vacuum and wet car. I thought I was paying for a full car wash. For my surprise 3 min later the car was ready, mind you it was wet and dirty. The worse service of any type I have gotten in a long time. Save yourself almost 30 and go somewhere else.
