This place does not deserve any stars. In recent months the service and quality has fallen down hill with a complete lack of care from employees. Saturday 10/12, they misplaced my car mats in the car prior to mine. They pretended to care, took all my information and we would talk about replacement of the mats whether purchasing new for me or possibly the previous car owner returned with the mats. I did not receive any phone call after. I have called back MULTIPLE times and left messages to no calls back from a manager and when asking in person the staff only says the manager will reach out to me. Horrible business ethics... the kicker being I WAS STILL CHARGED AND NOT SO MUCH AS REFUNDED FOR THE MAT CLEANING!! The mats $ replacement cost will not make or break anyone, but it's the principle of the matter that you expect a business to do the right thing and they do not. WHAT A DISGRACE!

Beware of Bait & Switch!! Sign says $45 for a car wash and oil change which is what we requested. They put synthetic oil in without asking me and charged me $89. The quality of interior car wash was subpar. When discussing with man at the desk and why we were bait and switched his response was he would yell at the guy doing oil changes. Disappointing

terrible employees are lazy and spoiled every time I go to that car wash I leave fighting until I decided not to come back because an employee told me what kind of cleaning I wanted for 30 dollars and if I wanted cleaner I had to pay more money very bad service to the client

Went to check this place out because it's on my way to work and the one closest to my house is a little pricy... This place was amazing! I pulled up and just asked for an exterior... It was my lucky day, Wednesday is "Ladies Day" and you get the next level up for the same price as an exterior, awesome!!! Super affordable, way better than the one near my house. Also, normally car washes just towel dry the car when it comes out and wash the Windows. These guys took it to the next level and were scraping the bugs off my window with a razor if they didn't come off during the car wash! Definitely going back.

Honestly annoyed. I paid for the “star treatment” which is around 30 dollars and this is what my car looked like afterwards. I was in a rush so I didn’t notice at the time but I won’t be back.

I find it very disrespectful that this “ manager” or whatever he was took my keys out of my car and hid them from me until i paid for an oil change WHICH I DIDNT EVEN RECEIVE ! i had gotten a car wash and they always do a poor job but it’s extremely embarrassing when someone stops up all the cars just to make sure i pay for my service which i never even received . I’m a grown woman for a man to be taking my car keys and hiding them is obscure please avoid this place !!! Oil changes are good but the car wash is terrible they don’t wipe down the interior or vacuum good everything is rushed and i sat there for almost 40 minutes between trying to talk to the manager and the front desk lady . Not only me but another family also sat there bickering with the lady in the front the whole place is really just a mess. So upset and embarrassed

Just paid for the Star Treatment. I just got home, noticed a few chips between the front seats that they couldn’t reach, so figured I’d vacuum myself, only to go to back row and find it largely untouched and dirty. Very disappointed. This is my second time, wasn’t thrilled after first time but thought I’d give it another chance. Do not recommend.

One stop shop. Get your oil change and car wash in one. They are fast and detailed. Great place to get your car cleaned the right way. The staff cares for your vehicle like there own. Good scent and rapid service. You can also shop for accessories while you wait.

I came in today for a car wash everything was fine until I get my car back and my after market radio was definitely hit by one of the employees they didn’t take no accountability whatsoever ever the manager tried to tell me it was my car make or because of the cold weather smh they didn’t even clean my car right either my dash cam was even pointing to the sky too but you could clearly see the employee did something to it and didn’t account for what they did

I got a wash here 10 mins ago and paid for a full service wash and the outside doesn’t look clean AT ALL. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Not to mention there were several workers in ski masks and random attire which just isn’t appropriate and doesn’t exactly make you feel comfortable… even more innapropriate, I was randomly approached by a young worker wearing a ski mask and red hoodie and asked why I had a certain tattoo, very aggressively and then said “you couldn’t be more original? I know 5 other people with the same tattoo. Be more original” very hostile… and then just walked away. No greeting, no laugh, nothing. Just rude and innapropriate. I only saw one guy cleaning my car for awhile after, the others were the only there for literally 60 seconds. SUCH a weird experience mind you I’ve been here plenty times before. Not going back anymore

Love how clean my baby looks every time… detailed workers- not fancy inside but I don’t care much about that, I care more about the service and communication. This place has definitely become MY baby’s Favorite SPA location. The best thing is— Price is reasonable compared to others who rush to get to the next vehicle and you pay $10 more. They never disappoint. Go check them out!!!

This place was great. The people who work here are NOT money hungry and I thought their prices were actually way more affordable than other places. I get the full service and paid $24 for my jeep. The workers tried really hard to clean everything including some sticky fluid that got stuck over my windows and hood. Not all of it could come out but they were doing their beat and I told them they could just leave it. 10/10 I would go back!

I recently purchased the most expensive car wash offered at your establishment. However, upon inspecting my vehicle after the service was completed, I noticed that the rear windows were not cleaned properly, with soap residue still visible on the passenger window. As evident in the attached photographs, the seat backs were not wiped, and the interior, including the doors, was not thoroughly cleaned as expected. I kindly approached the cashier to inquire if these services were included in the car wash I had paid for, and she confirmed that they were. She then arranged for someone to rectify the situation and re-clean the interior of my car. Considering the premium price of the car wash and the additional tip I provided, I was disappointed with the initial quality of the service and the need for further attention to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

I usually go to Oakleys but wanted something a bit closer. Super disappointed with my experience here once again… should’ve definitely driven a bit farther to go to Oakley’s instead. They do not dry the outside of the car completely and the inside of the car remained dirty. I took these pictures as soon as I got inside of the car… no point of paying for the best service if this is what you get.
