I was there at about 345 pm on a Friday. It was busy, which I expected it would be. There were two cashier's working. One was a lady and another a man. The lady had her light off, so I stepped in the man's line behind a couple people. It took awhile, but I'm a patient person. People kept getting in the woman's lane even though her light was off. They did get through faster than I did. I am finishing checking out in the man's lane, and the lady cahier says to someone stepping in line "I can take you ma'am, it will be faster" and I was just appalled by how loud and rude she was about it. This man was doing his best. The speed was fine. He was super nice and cordial. I know he heard it when she said that and it just really upset me. 2 stars for hiring such a rude, oxious employee. I just hope this man doesn't have to deal with stuff like that on the daily ..because what a terrible work environment.

I would give zero stars if I could! I will drive the extra time to go to another location. Do not go to this location. They just stole money from my 17 year old daughter and then lied about it. I had the "manager" on shift call the police. They stole from an elderly lady that also came back in before us, and was standing there trying to sort out her problem before us. I will be calling the corporate office tomorrow and reporting everyone on shift because that is uncalled for! They still technically owe her money but a lady in line gave it to her because she said that I was embarrassing my daughter when I wasn't. I wanted all customers to know that if they were paying cash, to watch their money and their receipts. That is awful!!

Store as looking 100% better than before. Shelves are stock stores clean, love the new staff.. Was looking a little bit rough back in January of last year, I don't know who was running the store but it was horrible.

Came in around 9:22 p.m. just grabbing one thing trying to find somebody to check out both employees were outside and the cashier that came in seemed mad that she had to come and do her job

One of the most organized Dollar Tree stores I've been to in a long while. Store was spacious and clean. We did not have to weave our way through the store going around stacks of unopened boxes. Staff was nice and efficient.

I went in last night about 10-13 minutes til close. When I was walking up the doors women were telling me who had been shopping it was gonna close soon. I said yeah I’m just gonna go grab a water and check out. As soon as I open the door, this woman with two braids braided to her head is yelling at me. Like seriously yelling, if you watched it on camera people actually stopped and watched and it was embarrassing. She was YELLING “ YOU BETTER FIND WHAT YOU WANT IN FIVE MINUTES AND MAKE IT FAST BECAUSE WE CLOSE AT EIGHT” I told her that I wanted one item and read the time on the door. I was the only person she yelled at that came through the door. She needs retrained in customer service. I go to this store all the time and sometimes late and I have never ever had an experience like this in my life there. All of the other employees are so nice and personable all of the time. I don’t understand what her problem was, but if you’re not capable of being polite to people, you need to find a different job. You need to do something about how she treats customers.

This store has reasonable prices and stock, many items to pick from in each category. But, a lot of inventory stays in boxes and not on the shelves to be sold! A big problem is lack of employees! One cashier can not ring up your purchases and fill the shelves at the same time! I have seen so many Dollar Trees with this same problem, empty shelves when the stock is in the boxes around the shelves for maybe weeks at a time! This is bad management for higher profit no matter what the store profit level is, if there is stock in boxes, items not ordered as replenishment, or simply lazy management the store's P&L goes into Loss mode and the Regional Manager comes in and asks questions, why so much stock still in boxes!!! If the management needs to do stocking shelves then so be it, so the one cashier can do their job and there is stock for the public to buy!!! The Truth Is The Truth!!!

My number one complaint is the pole put on the carts which keeps them from going outside and it causes injury to my joints every time as I try to carry items to my car by hand from a dollar tree. I probably spend quite a bit per month at a dollar tree. These poles are definitely a hardship on the elderly with fragile joints. This location did not have these poles on the cart when they first opened but now they do. Eventually I will not be able to go to locations that have these pole carts. A quarter system would work just fine and allow the carts out of the store.This store had no artificial sweetener and it was my second dollar tree to get it. This one is fairly well stocked usually though.

Whoever is working right now on oak hill checking people out an it's NOT DONNA, needs to learn how to let one customer finish before she rudely tells you to put your things on the counter, wow, the ladies in front of me hadn't even moved out of the way before she already had handed me my change slow down are you on speed

The cashier with the black hair is extremely rude. Doesn't say thank you, no greeting, slams the items around and don't even offer a bag. You can tell she hates her job.

I love Dollar Tree. They have great prices. They have just the right size deals. There’s one real close to my house and the manager is super sweet and recognizes me all the time. She loves to give me a hug and get a hug. Everyone always seems very friendly and knowledgeable of anything that I’m looking for. It’s just the right kind of store especially if I need something quick I can run in and grab it and be on the go.

This is my go to spot for the most reasonably priced necessities. Add to that, the staff at the locations I frequent, are extremely helpful! Like today when I was looking for coffee and couldn't find any on the shelf a clerk spotted an unopened box and rushed a bag up to me at the till. Awesome service.
