I love their hush puppies and coleslaw. Fish is good too. Prices are a bit steep and drinks are not included with price of meals. Staff is polite and they bring food out to you. What other fast food restaurant does that?

Went to the first store to get children safe roach killer that was listed on their website as a stocked item. They were out.I asked if they had another store they could check to see if they had it to save me driving there. The second store never answers their phone so off I go 10 miles down the rode to get it. As you may have guessed not only did they not have it either, there was no one else in the store. There is no customer service at either if these locations

I was in Ace Hardware and IGA on Morgan about an hour ago. Every time I come into the store your staff is so wonderful. Today I was checking out with some balloons and they got away from me. Your wonderful staff got a hook and got my balloons down from the ceiling for me. I am sure in many other stores they would have ignored me but your wonderful staff was so willing to help me. I just want to say Thank you so very much. You have a fantastic staff. In many stores you are just considered a person but in your store you treat customers like family.

This place rocks! I love it. I'm new to the area. Its attached to a great grocery store that reminds me of home. The employees are so friendly and seem happy, very sociable and helpful. The prices are great. I can't speak highly enough about this place! Really great service. I will continue to shop here first rather than the other usual stores, simply for the customer service experience. Also, if they don't have it in the store they can order it. It took two days for my order to arrive. I pick up at the store. They had it out, ready to go, and helped me load and secure it. Great folks!

Bought a lawn mower through them and couldn't be more pleased. Thought about buying through Lowe's because they are bigger chain. But decided to go with Ace because they assembled it basically for free. I ordered it online and not only was it ready a day ahead of time, they surprised me and delivered it to my house. Excellent service.

Great Store with many items not found in the large box store. Prices are reasonable. Lots of help is a game changer! Stock is better than large cheap stores that are mainly CHEAP JUNK imports! Yes, I would shop there again! 😁

Cashier has an extremely difficult time with the selling of the outdoor landscape bags. Asking me to photograph the sku, so i photographed the numbers of the ace signage but she informed me that i photographed the wrong thing. Again, that is something i shouldn't have to do to begin with. The Cashiers need to be educated on those items so this does not continue to happen again. It won't happen to me again, that i can assure you.

I decided to support my local Ace Hardware in Evansville, IN, based on their reputation for excellent customer service. On Mother’s Day, I purchased a brand-new lawn mower, expecting a hassle-free experience. Unfortunately, the mower’s wheels kept falling off, and the bolts were stripped, making it impossible to mow even half an acre. When I returned to the store to address the issue and inquire why the purchase wasn’t reflected on my Ace Rewards account, the older gentleman behind the counter was dismissive. I had barely begun explaining the problem when he cut me off with a curt “Nope” and directed me across the store to look for the manufacturer’s phone number. His unhelpful attitude and lack of assistance were incredibly frustrating. This was my first purchase at Ace Hardware, and it will certainly be my last. I expected better from a store known for its customer service. I will be returning to the larger retailers where customer support is taken seriously.

So I stopped in for some house fuses. This Ace Hardware is actually located inside an IGA store. This is convenient, especially if you need groceries also.
