A lot of the shelves were empty..I'm wanting to see new items when I come in every week.but unfortunately thats not the case at this location. Also I was charged twice for the same item and when I contacted management she implied that I wasn't being honest about it..SMH I wish I had a management job at this store..I would have sales going thru the roof..

When I was at the store the manager was arguing with the employee in front of a line of customers. I think her name is Darlene. She is every rude. The store is a mess and all she does is fuss at the employees like they her children. I refuse to go to that store even though it is closer to me. Her attitude make the customers uncomfortable.

Dollar tree is no longer a dollar. Everything in the store is now $1.25 or $1.50. They even have $5 items now. So beware when you go to check out. The store is a mess and just trashy! You might as well go to Walmart or Dollar General. They need to change the name of the store if they changed their prices. I won't return.

90% of the time this store is a mess and the stock is on the u-boats or in the back room . they haven't stocked toy aisle in two weeks or more. This has been this way for some time! The other dollar trees in the area are always cleaner and better stocked This reflects poorly on the store manager and the district manager in my opinion!!!!! Still have not stocked the toy aisle and this place has a bad smell when you walk in....pathetic!!!!!!

Friendly store. Good customer interaction at the register. This store seems to run out of stock especially in the gift wrap area all the time. They are eternally running low on many of the things I shop for. However, I prefer this store to the one closer to my home. One note: I would love to see Dollar Tree company splurge and buy better flooring because the rugs in every store are disgusting.

Love this store! You can find high variety of things like arts and crafts, seasonal holiday item's. They do stock a few name brand household items plus make-up/nail polishes if you're lucky to still see them. Overall, a clean store to always go shopping.

They stole money from me. My total after my shopping was $10 and change. I didn’t ask for the receipt (silly of me) but regardless I thought that I could trust the cashier and the business. When I went to check my transactions they took $20.07 from my account. BE SAFE!

Absolutely the worst , dirty , unorganized, store I have ever been in . I went in here twice. Both times I walked out . Trash all over the floor. Stock was setting in the isles in boxes open. So no one was stocking the empty shelves or cleaning the store. The dollar tree corporate should do some secret visits to see how people represent them . If they did they would shut this one down due to breach of contract. When working , people should do their job and not make excuses why it's not done . And people shouldn't write review's excusing their laziness . Especially when they are to represent the company they work for. This laziness can cost the company a very large loss. And shut those available jobs down.

The location is great, but I believe that all Dollar Tree Stores are understaffed and understocked. Not their fault, but I appreciate that there are still people willing to dedicate their time and energy to keep these stores open. I was able to get a lot of cleaning supplies here with no issues.

DO NOT COME HERE ALONE IF YOU'RE A WOMAN!! MALE EMPLOYEES STALK LONE WOMEN HERE!!!!! i was trying to get a quick dinner for my family when one of the male employees started following me throughout the store. I felt so unsafe that i fled the store and called for someone to pick me up. To my horror, when i recounted this to other female friends, they recounted similar stories of being stalked through the store by VARIOUS MALE EMPLOYEES specifically when they're alone. My male friends did not have such stories. IF YOU ARE A WOMAN YOU WILL BE STALKED IN THIS STORE IF ALONE!! IT IS NOT SAFE HERE!!

The cashier was doing her best to keep up with the line of customers. What was irritating to me was there were a few other staff in an office not jumping in to help her as soon as the line formed. Then when another register opened. I really got frustrated as the clerk opened by saying he was opened. He should have asked for the next person in line or came up and got the next couple of people in line that were there the longest. So unfair and unconsiderate.

When did it become ok for clerks to yell at each other and use profanity in front of customers? I’ll just drive to the other one.

I really like dollar tree. Being from out of town, I was excited to see what it had. WOW!! What a big disappointment. We walked in the floor was filfty, the shelves were bare around the whole store, the freezer was molded. The cashier was nice. I looked up and wires were hanging big time down from the ceiling. What an experience. I was surprised. The store needs a lot of care to be put in to it. (TLC)

employees watched as a drunk man lunged at my friends, got in one of my friend’s face over money that did not exist, and hugged one of my female friends without her consent. the three of us had to PRY HIM off of her and all they did was say his name. he threw his arm out and knocked my glasses loose.

I have already contacted corporate... but I also just read a review about almost the same incident 3 WEEKs ago. Below is my statement. THE MANAGER AND EMPLOYEES COULD CARE LESS FOR ANYONE SAFETY. I WOULD LIKE A FOLLOW UP. I called yesterday and it wouldn't let me leave a full-length message about my experience. I am putting this in writing. (01.22.2026) I went into my local dollar tree. Upon entering I noticed a line at the register; a woman was talking cordially with a man who appeared to be homeless. I overheard her say, look I work for my money and if I could help I would. The man did not leave her alone. At this point she turns to the cashier and asks for the manager to help assist the problem and ask the man to leave. NO ONE even the cashier acknowledged her at all. Of course, she got upset asking for a manger and telling the "homeless" man to leave her alone. He was drunk and had a large trench coat on. At this point I am listening just in case something happens. No one is listening to the customer when she tells them he has been following her around the store asking for money. I've worked at a gas station, I know it’s illegal to do this and it’s the employees’ duty to remove the person. The "manager" walks out his name is "Ben". Proceeds to yell and scream at the woman to get out of the store. Meanwhile the drunk homeless guy is still arguing about money. They both left and the Manager Ben turned to an employee and a plain clothes woman who he had been hanging out with the entire time and said, "She better be glad this wasn’t 10 years ago or I would have put hand on her." THAT is extremely disturbing. After hearing that and making eye contact so he knew I heard that, another elderly woman walked up to me and said that the homeless man had been following around a lot more people including her. So loudly enough I let her know that I would be contacting someone and that wasn’t right for any employee to not handle. When I went to check out, I asked the cashier what the name of her manager was. She said, is this regarding the incident, I said yes. She said oh then no, he's outside you can ask him.... I'm sorry your employees can’t tell me who the manager is? At this point, the Manager has been outside with the plain clothed person for about 15 min. He walks in and I say excuse me... he immediately looks at me and said I'M GOING... (referring to a spill). I said sir that's not what I need. I asked for corporate number, and he told me he did not has access to that.... the only person to have access is the store manager and he doesn’t come in till Saturday (01.24.2026). I asked his name, and he said it was "Ben". I'm unsure of the cashier’s name as she even stated that it wasn't her register and it is a male on the receipt. What makes me nervous is – A store “manager” let a drunk homeless man roam the store and harass people for money. He was probably not a witness because he was to busy with someone who was not an employee or at least wasn’t working at the time. It is very disheartening to hear a woman ask for help in defending because she is scared and then someone of authority in the store comes screaming at her to get out. Then immediate turning around and telling people he would have laid hands on her. It is also extremely concerning that neither the cashier or manager could give me a corporate number when its available to anyone who google. This makes me think they knew they were in the wrong for that. I will never return to this store due to feeling extremely uncomfortable and safe yesterday. I am not one to complain but that terrified me. If it weren’t for me being a mother, I would have stepped in. But seeing as this was a drunk homeless man in a trench coat, god only knows what he may have had under it. I would like a follow up from corporate and the actual store manager of 2298. I want to know that repercussions will occur for this. I honestly should have called the cops.
