I like this store. It has all the stuff you need for a simple common price; one dollar. Yes, most of the stuff is simply made, probably not locally, and possibly not in the best condition. And yet, you can get the same cheap stuff in other stores for a much higher price. If I am going to buy cheap things, l will buy it here.

The reason for one star is their selection of most items was awful. They were out of nearly everything snack-related. Also, the man who checked me out, Mike, was so offensive I am never coming back. I mentioned I was buying laser pointers for my cats and he launched into why he hated cats. I asked him to refrain from telling me more as we clearly didn’t see eye to eye and he kept on telling me he used them as target practice. This man not only needs to be given some major sensitivity training and professional etiquette training but if he’s still engaging in this behavior, needs to be charged with animal cruelty. I’m disgusted you’d allow an employee to talk to customers this way.

Always friendly, helpful staff. Unbelievable that we are so blessed in this Country to have such a surplus of goods that stores like this not only exist, but, are able to thrive. Providing a service to stretch their dollar to it's maximum capability. Decent products. Thankful, & greatful, as I am sure many others feel the same.

I did not appreciate one of your workers approaching my child and telling him to “sit down” in the cart with a very forceful tone and then looking at me and telling me that he has to sit down or else we can’t use the cart. She was extremely rude and aggressive. He was standing to look at a toy he was picking out. My son was being very well behaved and this was not acceptable.

Immediately discussed it, how an employee can sit by the door, smoking cigarettes with a chair, and there was literally 10 people in line one cashier open and when I said something if we can get help the bigger, heavyset bald head lady got upset with me and followed me to the bathroom with my daughter and she also tried to swing at me while my daughter was in the bathroom thank God that I had the ability to walk away I did try to call management, but she picked up and hung up on me. Then I called the other stores and it was difficult to reach human resources to deal with this matter.

I've been in a lot of Dollar tree stores in Michigan and Florida and this is the CLEANEST, most ORGANIZED Store I've seen!! Most Dollar tree stores are Cluttered and dirty. Hat's off to the Staff and management of this location!!! GREAT JOB!! 👏

I gave this store 4 stars only because they have a cashier that is not friendly. He does not smile. He does not ask you if you found what you came in for. He does not say have a good day. Not even a thank you. I have now had him as a cashier a few times and it is the same experience. He doesn't respond to anything you may say to him. I tried that because I thought maybe he was shy. I think the store needs to switch him to stocking. Other than the cashier it is a great store. It has a wonderful selection of cards, including a Hallmark division. I just discovered this after getting tired of paying $4 or more for a card. You can also find drink and food items at minimal costs. My mother likes coconut water and I can find it for over 50 percent less than in the grocery stores. The expiration date may be sooner, but she will drink it before the expiration. Definitely worth stopping in when you are in the area!

The place was very crowded the hallways were hard to get through the people were friendly and knowledgeable and help me find what I was looking for and tell me what they did not have for that reason I give a little higher ranking but they need to take a example from the Dollar General in Pullman

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE,THIS PLACE. First of all, if ypu are a crafter ,you can't beat their inventory of products and supplies. I can't stand to not go here on a regular basis bc I always need to stock up on art supplies Also , you cant beat the prices on some things like personal care products, cleannng products and they have a small selection of food items that are a major value. Everything in the store is 1.25 wirh a few items at 3 and 5$ . I can't say enough anout it! Oh! Also their storage products are amazing for the prices, as well.

Recently bought snacks here. Food was good quality and super cheap. Disappointed of course, that dollar Tree increased prices to $1.25 on most items, but still a good deal. Cashier was an old friendly man and the store was very clean and organized. I've been coming here for over 4 years, and it seems to have improved lately.

The one cashier on duty was trying his best but they need to have at least two people up at the front at all times! If there was another employee, where were they, and what if an emergency happened? Just saying....🤔🤨

"Inconsistent Quality and Limited Customer Service" ⭐️ ⭐️ I visited Dollar Tree recently in hopes of finding some good deals and was left with mixed feelings. While the store does provide a wide range of items at affordable prices, the overall shopping experience was unfortunately less than 🥹satisfactory. Upon entering the store, I noticed that organization and cleanliness seemed to be lacking. Products were not always placed in their respective aisles, and some items were even left discarded on the floor. This not only made it difficult to locate specific items but also created a shopping environment that was far from pleasant. The variety of products was impressive, but their quality was hit or miss. While I managed to find some useful household goods at reasonable prices, there were items that did not meet my expectations in terms of durability and performance. For instance, I bought a kitchen utensil set that didn't last more than a couple of uses before the handles started coming off. Customer service was another area where Dollar Tree could improve. The store was understaffed during my visit. The employees seemed overworked and did not have the time to help customers or answer questions. The checkout process was slow, and I had to wait in a long line before making my purchase. It's worth noting that Dollar Tree can be a good place for budget shopping, but the inconsistencies in product quality, store maintenance, and customer service make it hard to recommend as a go-to shopping destination. I hope they take these points into consideration and make the necessary improvements to enhance the overall shopping experience. Two stars. ⭐️ ⭐️
